This is a beautiful place with large rooms and absolutely amazing staff. I arrived here with a fractured ankle and the staff could not be more accommodating - and I mean EVERYONE from main desk personnel, to restaurant wait staff, to doormen, to housekeeping.They cannot do enough for us. There is a lovely rooftop bar and two restaurant areas. Good location if you want to be outside the medina and the medina is just a 40 minute walk.. Nearby are restaurants and a mall in the busy hip neighborhood of Gueliz. The hotel is handicapped accessible - has an entrance ramp and elevators that can accommodate a small wheelchair. Bathroom shower may not be accessible for some but with my husband's help I was able to manage one step to the shower bench. There is an overhead rain shower and a hand held spray. I was easily able to navigate the room and sink and shower room in a wheelchair but not the toilet closet, for which I used crutches. We highly recommend this hotel for everyone!! It is a beautiful, welcoming place.

My first time in Morroco, i arrived at this hotel after a long flight and was pleasantly welcomed by the staff. I had not realised the cost of my stay included 3 couyrse evening meal and brekafast. The evenng meal i had in my room because i was tired. It started off my holiday to Morroco in a very authenitc way with the traditional tagine dish. The bed was massive and the shower was even bigger! The buffet breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. There is also a i nice outside sitting area. I want to especially mention two members of staff - Lamia form Reception and Hajar from restaurant - Whom were lovely friendly faces and made me feel so at ease. Being a lone traveller this is very appreciated. I must apologise for possible distracting Hajar in the afternoon from her daily duties but i had a wonderful chat with you and a reminder should you come to Scotland i would love to return the favour and give you some pointers of where to go! Thank you for letting me keep my bags behind reception for a couple of hours after check out. I would stay here again.

room size, staff and bathroom size

Our experience at Bab Hotel was sublime, the staff, comfort, luxurious style and location was central to everywhere. They responded to our needs promptly and even exceeded our expectations before, during and after our stay.

The de luxe version room was a very good size and the bed was huge. Reception was more than helpful when we needed our boarding passes printed. The breakfast was better than expected. The location was close to many restaurants/bars too.

For us the DJ playing loud dance music in the bar at night seemed a bit strange! Although some people may enjoy it.

After our experience in the horrible Club Paradisio Hotel Spa in our first day , the Bab Hotel save our staying in Marrakech, I would like to thank to the whole staff of the Hotel, starting for Yassine who kindly advise us where to go,Sabrine, Dounie, Hassan, Ermine the waiter who always order my pinnaple juices in the morning, the,, best juices ever take,the cheft who prepare the best raviolis with spinach,Maxine for talking to us and be approachable, Aya and Saffa who have gifted hands to work at the Spa, Great location, shops arounds,

I will place better timber floor as i could hear the woman with hills walking up the 4 floor, and stronger windows to avoid the noise of the trucks collecting the bottle gas, ...is just a suggestion.

Amazing Hotel, up to date has all the amenities around it, very close to the famous Jemaa el fna, walking distance to McDonald’s carrefour groceries etc…. Staff service was 10/10 couldn’t fault it! It was my partners birthday and wanted a little surprise when we turned up, messaged the hotel in advance to arrange a romantic setting, they did not hesitate to do this, we was impressed! Just take a look at the photos! Zahier from the sky bar was incredibly bubbly and accommodating, he was our go to guy on where to go and what to do! Definitely see Zahier when you have the time to go up to the sky bar amazing person!

Nothing to complain about

I have to mention the staff first. They made the difference. What a fantastic team who were attentive and made me and my family feel special. The rooms we had were enormous. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My wife and I have different meanings of bed comfort but we both felt the bed was great. The shower was perfect. The rooms could be adjusted to the desired temperature. Breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of items (hot and cold). I looked forward to breakfast. The location was also great. We could walk to local shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes, and get the centre of things within 25 minutes at an easy pace. I'll finish of by saying again that the staff were amazing. There is only one other hotel I've been to in the world where the staff really go above and beyond, but this one tips the scales.

All the staff were Exceptional!!! From concierge, to front desk, to the staff in the restaurant all the way to the manager I have never seen any team as warm nice, helpful and pleasant as this team. Ahmed went over and above what I've ever seen any hotel staff do, I've travelled many countries, stayed in countless hotels this is by far the best team I've ever met & I've met nice ones before so you can imagine what I'm talking about !! Thanks to this lovely team who made me feel extra special on my birthday by pulling up a surprise for me which was at zero cost to me.
