Location is perfect for families as only 10 min car drive from the airport or from the Jemma al Fena and Suke market. Breakfast and service was really good. Had Outdoor pools (hot weather) and indoor heated pools for kids and adults to spend time in cold weather.

Room allocated to us had air conditioner and noise issue which was ignored for first two nights. After repeated complains customer support (Chima) look into the issue and stepped in to upgrade us to the premium suite. However, we had air-conditioner issue with the new room as well. Although it was rectified on the same day but for a 5* hotel one would expect minimum room standard.

Amazing staff, made my husbands birthday trip exceptional, with a complementary upgrade, we couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was really good, had a lot of selections. Room service was great, only thing is that you have to pay by cash. Location is really good, right next door to a shopping mall, there is a private entrance for people who are staying at the hotel. There is alot of other restaurants close by all within walking distance. Medina and the Souks and the airport are 10 mins cab ride. Will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

My stay was excellent. From check-in to check-out the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful especially Yasmina and Hind. Mr. Fouad the manager also helped me when I had an issue with my room and stayed with me until everything was resolved.

Room service was top notch were so good They cleaned so well and arranged or stuff so nice

It should be updated on their page whether not to bring in alcohol or food just so everyone will be aware of what they getting themselves into and so they won’t bother getting any when visiting the property

The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are really good. Very convenient being next to the shopping mall. The indoor pool was great, the kids really enjoyed that part when it was too hot outside. We stayed for 3 nights(family of 4) and overall our stay was great. The first room we were given had a really strong smell of sewage, we asked to be moved and thankfully we were give another room right away which was even nicer. It was my birthday while I was there and they kindly decorated the room for me. Special mention to Rita, Larbi and Ziad who were very friendly and lovely to chat with and also one of the chefs at breakfast who got me gluten free bread and cake each morning (unfortunately didn’t catch his name), they all really improved our stay. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel with a great location and facilities. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Disappointed by a member of the reception who seemed only interested in telling us “it would cost so much more to stay again” when we enquired??

Good size room with quality bed. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Our room was located near the quieter of the two pools, which was perfect for us - nice atmosphere there. Staff friendly and helpful - Fatim Zhra from housekeeping was very attentive to our needs in the room and Mohammed, the young bar attendant at the pool gave impeccable service. The hotel is ideal for a relaxing stay in the sun and also close enough to central Marrakech for sightseeing (30 minute walk or short taxi ride).

Unfortunately the room was not clean on our arrival and had multiple issues. These were eventually resolved the next day. Didn't enjoy the atmosphere round the larger central pool, which had music playing continuously throughout the day (luckily there are two pools). We were able to stay and use the pool facilities after check-out, but the changing showering facilities offered in this situation were horrendous!

The breakfast is amazing with many options and they have a huge Pool in the middle of the resort. The room was super comfortable and had a direct vie of the pool.

They never provided additional complimentary water even after calling them for hours. This is something that really pisses me off. We are paying a huge amount already. They can have the courtesy to provide extra complimentary water.

The hotel has own authentic traditional style. Beautiful and clean ambiance. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Nawal in the Metropole breakfast her service is excellent and very attentive . Saber is really friendly has a beautiful smile , very good customer service. Imad in the pool area he is very friendly, very helpful , very patient attentive and polite. Over all we love the Hotel and I’m happy to say that we have booked and confirmed our next stay in July 31 for 1 week again. Thank you for a wonderful service. The room service is exceptional for changing bedsheets and putting clean towels every day. Our room is always smells fresh and clean . We had an amazing time in general. Thank you all x

The breakfast is very well presented all the food are very delicious and the breads are amazing taste. But i think in my opinion the hot food might need a little bit of upgrade. For the long stay guest . The hot food need to change , nit everyday same breakfast . Guest will like to eat some different cook . Like maybe some beans .mushroom, hash browns, turkey bacon, some beef sausage. Fried eggs. And some porridge.

We liked everything during our stay at the Grand Savoy! First and foremost, the staff is fantastic, from the lobby team and management to all the waiters but also the cleaning team. So much kindness and professionalism! There are 4 comfortable restaurants/bars within this hotel and we've been positively surprised by the quality of the food (room service menu included). One large indoor heated pool was a pleasant surprise. The two outdoor pools were not heated (25/3) but well designed/equipped to welcome all guests. The location is perfect with everything you need by walking distance. We can only recommend this hotel!
