It was an Ideal location, 15 to 17 minutes from the RAK Ménara airport, close to the medina Medina, Marrakesh Mall and so on. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they were always ready to help and they speak good English. The restaurant in the hotel (Pensee) served good food and the staff at the spa were, ahh.. simply the best.

It was nice, better than other 4 star hotels. It's a few walks to the plaza and carre eden, in a safe walkable area which was a big point of why we chose here. The view was cool. The room felt modern simple with a comfy design. Next night we had the suite which looked nice and spacious, it had a dressing room, and the bathroom was bigger with black tiles and a ceiling shower, but the jacuzzi was small. It's like the Hilton.

The buffet lunch was mostly bad, except one or two items. The buffet breakfast was nice though. The cocktails were really good, and the food too, specially the steak I tried.

Breakfast i think does not meet a two star hotel, definitely need some management attention

I liked the warm welcome from the very beginning, everything was crystal clear regarding the differents services. The reception was 24/7 friendly and keen to assist for anything I needed. The breakfast was very well cooked, tasty and diverse. The restaurant serves both traditional moroccan as well as other cuisines, and I didn't even need to move for another restaurant since everything was perfect there. The SPA, massage and hammam staff was really convenient and the services are given by highly ranked professionals. The cleaning staff was perfect too! They also have a car parking service that helps you find a good spot which is quite an effort in Marrakesh, so this service is a big bonus! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Absolutely nothing!

The location is quite convenient: it’s about five minutes away from the central square by taxi, or roughly a 20-minute walk if you prefer to get around on foot. The room we stayed in was fairly spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool, although small, was a nice feature and gave the hotel a bit of added charm. I didn’t try the spa myself — it didn’t seem particularly inviting — but I did take a look at the price list and it seemed aligned with what you’d expect in similar places, if perhaps just slightly above the local average. Breakfast was another point in the hotel’s favor. While the buffet itself wasn’t especially varied and some items (like the cakes) appeared to be pre-packaged, I appreciated that you could request made-to-order options such as omelets or pancakes. That extra flexibility added value to the experience. The staff were generally friendly and professional. Communication was easy, as most of them spoke both French and English.

While the room was large, the level of maintenance left something to be desired. The bathroom showed some signs of wear, and toiletries were left out on the sink, which gave the impression that housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive. On our first day, we also found a cockroach in the room. We reported it to the reception right away, and they promised to take care of it. Thankfully, we didn’t see any more insects after that, but it was still an unpleasant start. Another aspect that stood out was the slightly distant attitude of the staff. They were polite and helpful, but the interactions felt somewhat formal or detached — maybe a cultural nuance, but noticeable nonetheless.

It’s located in a very beautiful neighbourhood in the new area of Marrakesh and only 25 min waking distance to the centre and Jemaa El Efna square. The room was like a suite, really big and with a jacuzzi. Massive king size bed. The area and the hotel were quiet, surrounded by lovely restaurants and in a very safe street and Main Street to walk at night. Very good value for money.

The bed was hard but manageable but the problem were the pillows. The staff was not very friendly (not at all) except for the security guy and the guy in charge of excursions. The lady at the main desk was rude. Breakfast was buffet and nice but the coffee was awful and no fresh orange juice was served… just bottles low quality juices. The workers at the breakfast room were also not nice. And the worst of it all is that I’d you want a proper coffee they use a machine and they charge you a very high price for a small cappuccino. The lady preparing the omelettes for breakfast was the most rude of all of them. A hotel OD this level should have perfect staff.

The staff really made the hotel. Such friendly people and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, so a big shout out to the cleaning staff for excellent work! The hotel had a good strong shower which I really like. The breakfast offered enough that anyone could easily find something to enjoy. The location felt safe and was easy to access. To note the location is about 20 min walk to the historical sites but it is very close to restaurants so a good trade off.

So difficult to say the hotel was just so good. The pool bar was closed during our stay so can't comment on it.

The staff was friendly and always smiling. The room was clean and just like on the pictures. The restaurant was very beautiful, tasty dishes, breakfast was good as well. Very big thank you for the two men musicians who entertained us every morning during breakfast. The location was perfect within walking distance from all the main attractions.

I think during the buffet breakfast the name of the dishes should be written on small cards. You should provide slippers for the guest.

Stayed in the 70m suite with hot tub. Brilliant room, felt like an apartment. It was all very clean and spacious. Receptionists were helpful. House keeping was very good and fast. Nice little balcony. The private pool inside the hotel was great. This hotel is around a 20/25 mins walking distance m from the busy Jemaa el Fnaa. Overall this hotel is a solid 4 star hotel.

Breakfast variety could definitely be improved. Some staff asked for personal favours from us, which we felt was not professional at all.

Ideal location if you want to stay in Gueliz, the bedroom was massive and all the facilities were good. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was really nice. Special mention to Khalid who always greeted with a smile and some chat as we were leaving or arriving at the hotel. Khalil was very helpful too, and again greeted us nicely on arrival.

The breakfast wasn’t the best experience - on the first day we were a bit unsure what to do as no one explained the buffet system or greeted as we came down from our room. We actually didn’t realise you could get hot eggs/omelettes outside as no one told us, and the rest of the spread wasn’t the best of quality. Given the amount of staff they seem to have on shift, it would be nice/possible if someone greeted you as you came into the room and explained how breakfast works.
