Booked 3 rooms at Palm Menara. All of the staff were super helpful and welcoming especially Mohcine and lahlay (I think it was). The cleaning staff went above and beyond with their daily cleaning service! I found the location ideal as it's a 5-10 minute drive from most places I wanted to visit (old town Medina, Menara mall) and there's loads of restaurants and cafes and shops within walking distance (Gueliz and Hivernage) It's just across the road from the YSL mansion/Jardin Majorelle and you can see the pretty palm trees behind the petrol station. Taxis are always available just outside the hotel, as well as a couple of bus stops (I didn't catch the bus but there was regular service) The sky lounge (terrace) has a pretty view of the city, the long roads below, and the Atlas mountains. The hotel have indoor and like an outdoor glass conservatory dining area which is a nice place to chill. The reception staff printed off our boarding passes for our return flight (not sure if Menara airport accept mobile boarding passes) and introduced us to Mohammed (excursion agent and driver). We arranged a couple of trips with Mohammed who was so laid back, funny and reliable. His English is great too (we don't speak much french or Arabic/darija).

The main road the hotel is on is always busy and the noise of the traffic can be heard from the rooms however the noise would be a bit quieter at night and it's nice to look out to the long busy roads from the room window.

The location is great and the staff is friendly. Especially Muhsin from front desk was pleasant and helpful as the first contact of the hotel he welcomed us with a warm welcome and was helpful throughout have to mention that.

Pool is on roof top for us it's was fine but may not be for everyone

The staff was very helpful and the room was spacey and comfortable.

The hotel is located over a noisy road, so when we opened the window to get some fresh air, we had to cope with the hustle and bustle.

very friendly staff, security guards made a point of coming to tell me not to worry about my motorcycle parked in front. It was appreciated! Reception staff also very hospitable. Also liked it was just a few blocks to get out of Marrakech instead of dealing with medina like traffic.

I would have preferred more comfortable bed covers.

The air conditioner was AMAZING! The staff was attentive and courteous. Easy and free parking!

The shower/tub basin was awkwardly high and the hands-free shower head holder didn’t work.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, especially Mohcine, we could call him and ask for anything at any time. Great service!

shower and taps are corroding, wash basin sides moulding. No Iron or ironing table availability.

staff is friendly, the room was clean, the soundproofing feature was helpful to avoid street noise, beds are comfortable, the private bathroom was clean, the rooftop view was okey

it looks like they don't clean the pool in a daily basis also the pool was smaller than expected

Clean, nice location, friendly helpfull staff.

The wooden deck and stairs around the pool could use some work, did not feel that steady and had some splinters.
