Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to offer good information on the local area. Five minutes from Garden Majorelle. Excellent breakfast, nice choice, good coffee. Good sized room very comfy bed. Bathroom a little tired and could do with some improvement, I found the shower cubicle a little on the small side though the water was hot. Loved the decor in the hotel in general. Good sized pool.

Outside area round the pool could have done with some loungers. Ample tables and chairs on the patio area with umbrellas for shade when needed.

The best in the best location with the best suite so calm and so relaxing with a medium size pool which is a huge bonus in the summer heat. Thank u so much Madame Oumaima, Si Hicham, Naima and haj and all team at the Hotel Riad. You guys were all absolutely amazing wonderful, super helpful. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Marrakech

It’s at the centre, location is great. Basic hotel but comfortable and clean, it includes breakfast from the money you paid, so it’s great. Their breakfast is nice and I miss the morning Moroccan tea 🥹. I would like to thank the staff, they are very nice and hospitable. Will definitely coming back to Morocco 🙌

Maybe it’s the shower, the water spilled all over the bathroom.

This was such a cute boutique hotel! The staff were lovely, the accommodations were beautiful, and the beds were the comfiest I had while in Morocco. The hotel is off from the main road a bit so it was quieter, but still close to tourist attractions. The spa experience was very nice as well. Finally, I really enjoyed the breakfast! Lots of food and good coffee.

Our room happened to be literally right next to the pool, which was fine because no one was out very late, but it would definitely be noisy if people did decide to use the pool late. If concerned, perhaps request a room not by the pool.

It is a new hotel with a wonderful staff working there! We truly enjoyed our stay there since everything was new, clean, comfortable. We very much liked the Moroccan style interior and the vintage pictures on the walls. Breakfast was tasty and yummy (would just recommend to diversify it day by day). The staff is the best, they were so welcoming and helping throughout all of our stay. We cannot express our gratitude for them! Thank you guys and keep up this amazing work! I must also mention that our room was on the first floor near the reception area, I was afraid that it could be noisy, but OMG IT WAS SO CALM AND COMFORTABLE!

Everything was perfect!

This was a great stay with Faissal and his team, providing an oasis of calm within the city of Marrakech. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, taking us to purchase a local SIM, helping arrange nice restaurants, and even ordering pizza on a particularly rainy evening. The breakfast is also superb and they made sure we ate even at an early time before our flight. Aside from this, the interior decoration of this hotel is a pleasant mix of authenticity and modern convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a memorable experience in the city.

The hotel itself was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful. Great central location next to the YSL museum/ jardim Majorelle.

Location was next to a current building site is my only criticism. It was a little noisy.
