The rooms are really spacious. Staff were very polite and helped with everything. Food in the cafe is delicious! Nice, big territory. Pool is perfect for children. It has a little convenience store where you can always get water.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, which is ok I guess. The room was quite dirty. Closets and drawers were dusty inside. Stains on the wall. We travelled in May and it wasn't a season yet, so everything we were planning to do (kids zone, gym etc) was closed. We could only enjoy the pool.

We loved being within a short drive to the madness of the medina so we can get away from it for some down time. The outdoor pool was also one of the warmest we've had in our adventure across Morocco. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

There wasn't really anything not to like.

We really enjoyed to stay our 3 bedroom apartment with the kitchen. The pool is great and the play room in the basement is great for toddlers.

There is only one entrance and it can be a long walk to go to the apartment from the entrance.

Spacious two bedroom apartment with required facilities with safe parking in a gated community with security. Staff was helpful and supportive. Parking and shop for basic stuff was a plus. WiFi was a bit intermittent but it did work at a slower speed.

Noise insulation was poor as there was noise due to so many people walking in the corridor even at late night. WiFi was much slower than expected but did work to the basic point. Overall decent service.

The apartment was fantastic looking good inside out, with a large balcony, a swimming pool perfect for kids and adults.

The location is far from town(about 20 minutes driving)but close to Marrakech stadium

I loved the location, the rooms, the tidyness of the condo and the swimmingpool. My kids loved it, and we did not have the time to try the kids club but that also loooked fun! The location is very calm and secure, and the staff was nice too :)

Television in the room had no wifi, despite making a complaint about it at the desk it was not revolved.

Quiet and peaceful, very comfortable apartment for quality resting. Helpful staff and spacious rooms. Felt like home.

Wifi is terrible and you need transportation to the center of Marrakech. Not a big deal if you have a car or are okay with a taxi.
