Great value for the money. Location is great if you have a car, 10-15min drive to centrum. Great parking opportunities. A quiet neighborhood. The staff is also friendly. You have a small shop just by, for drinks and snacks. We didn’t try the spa as the menus was not in English, but the impression was that it’s a good spa. Balcony with a view of the pool side, unfortunately too freezing to dip as it’s not heated. The owner is also nice, he gave us his Nr so we could contact him if any need.

They forgot to mention the free parking the hotel offered. We paid everyday to the parking guards, and the last day the receptionist told us about the free parking. Breakfast is ok, the only good thing was the chef making your eggs of choice.

Stayed 4th -8th May 2025 Hotel was Clean and comfortable, beautiful spacious layout. Very accommodating, polite and helpful reception staff and managers. Excellent variety of food,beautifully presented at buffet breakfast, extremely attentive restaurant staff throughout. Varied choices to suit all from pool bar also.pool area spacious and well kept with plenty of shade options. Double room with balcony overlooking the pool, spacious room , huge bed. Well equipped spacious bathroom. Good location for access to Marrakech and other places . Excellent Value for money for my 4 nights stay. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Not one thing to dislike.

The staff especially we’re very nice and friendly and the service was good especially salma who was one of the cleaning staff she did a great job of maintaining the room and went above and beyond when not necessary to do her job. So kudos to her she is very much appreciated. Also staff at reception was nice and friendly

Good view from the hotel room. Get a room with a pool side view. Good music as well, vibrant environment.

The security staff wasn’t professional. He embarrassed me! The security staff said he doesn’t know me therefore I can’t go into the hotel (this wasn’t at night this was in a hot afternoon). I Don’t wanna believe it’s racism. Also the key card doesn’t always work when I get back my hotel room, I always have to reactivate which is very inconvenient for me.

Our room was fairly quiet although it diagonally overlooked the pool and a small lane. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that the room had a mini bar. The bathrooms too were reasonably spacious and clean. Though I didn't have much interaction with reception staff except at the time of check-in, they were pleasant enough. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options, with a live counter for crepes , omelets and scrambled eggs. The room also had a small attached sit-out balcony with two chairs and a table which was good as the evenings this time were very pleasant.

A tea/coffee maker in the room would have been nice. Also I was surprised the hotel didn't offer any complimentary bottle of water ( most hotels do; even Ibis does ) or cups. The rooms are laid out along the long line and our room was towards the end making it kind of like a long walk; with luggage it could be some effort. All of these are serviced by only two central elevators so if you get a room at the far end, you have some walking to do. They do have restaurants but the menu is pricey as compared to what you can get for the same thing outside if you can walk/ drive a km and a half to the Marjane roundabout.

I want to thank Miss Chaima for cleaning the room very well. She deserves all the respect and appreciation for that. She is talented. I wish her all thanks and success in the future. She cleaned room number 338 very well.

A little too far out of town.

The staff were so friendly. The bed was so comfortable that me and my friend didn’t want to get up 😂 and most importantly the smell in the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, it’s like coming in to a luxurious spa every time. The toiletries they provided smelled really good. The shower was hot. The location was also good as we chose to be a little bit outside of the main tourist area, this was around 15-20mins away by taxi. The taxi fare from the hotel to the square was 100 dirhams (10 euros) this was tourist price, 50 dirhams for locals (5 euros). Will book this hotel again but will probably not have breakfast at the hotel.

Breakfast wasn’t good. The selection was small and not really catered for international tourists. It’s basically a little bit upscale from continental breakfast because they serve boiled eggs, fried eggs in tomato sauce, soup, sautéed mixed vegetables, fried potatoes and a selection of salads.

This is the most beautiful smelling hotel. The cleaners are always cleaning and it smells lovely. It looks very clean and well manicured. There is not the biggest selection of food, but whatever they do prepare, they make very delicious and spend a lot of effort making it. They have brilliant chefs. The hotel is safe and well secured. The lights come on automatically. There are lots of taxis outside.

The canteen staff worked so hard, and are rushed off their feet. I feel bad for them. Yet they manage to work with a big smile on their faces. There is no entertainment in the hotel.
