This place was outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. The views from my room was perfect. The staff are friendly happy people. The man who works night on reception is an amazing absolute Gent of a man. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff very nice people. Very clean. Massive room big bed. 10 min in a taxi from the centre. If you want class and a quiet place away from the city then this place is a must. Also 5 min away is the quad bikes and camels 🐪 We talked to reception and they sorted it all out.

Nothing everything was perfect.

I loved the space in the rooms and the view from my private terrace. The staff was always very kind and efficient, trying to solve all my problems. For example, I arrived earlier than the check-in time and my room was already ready. The room was clean and really silent, even if it was close to the common spaces.

Since it was off-season, there were few guests, and the place felt a bit deserted. Additionally, taking advantage of the period, they were doing some maintenance work, with a construction site that didn’t obstruct passage but is never aesthetically pleasing.

Friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to Hana and İkram at the reception , Mr. Rachid and tariq at the restraunt - , design and ambiance of the hotel was reflecting the details of moroccan culture which i liked so much. The neighbourhood was calm and relaxing with nice lake view.

İts a bit far from gueliz ,the heart of the city , service and facilities might be improved ( there was no bar at poolside and no minibar option in the rooms , even there was no water to drink , a bottle of water may be put in the fridge daily. And the colony of bees flying around and over the breakfast can cause hard times :) anyways, i love animals but someone may be scared 😅

My stay at Hotel Pavillion in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. Abelilah, the manager, ensured everything was perfect and made my experience truly memorable. Tarik, Mustapha, Nouhaila, very kind and professional staff. A special thank you to Yassine—your outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism made my trip even more enjoyable. Whether it was assistance with accommodations, or simply the friendly atmosphere, this team went above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-located, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. I highly recommend Hotel Pavillion to anyone visiting Marrakech. I will definitely be back! Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff were all amazing, and so helpful, in particular Hanaa & Tariq, but thanks to everyone who made our stay so great. Loved the Safe private parking. Great pool area & right on golf course with practice range as well as putting green.

Pool/Room Menu poor, as nothing that was listed was in stock, apart from chicken sandwiches, but to be fair these were absolutely excellent, good portion and came with chips. Breakfast was pretty good also.

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel! The team was incredibly welcoming, and a special thanks to Meryem who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed, whether it was transportation or any other request, everything was taken care of with kindness and excellence. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable and very good! I highly recommend it 😊!

Family safe environment, Excellent hospitality and very good service from Manager ( Abdelilah), receptionists ( Mu & others) and waiter (Khadir). Worth visiting Agafay Desert with Quad Bike & Camels ride along with Dinner Show (which includes pickup & drop service) and also i would advise to pre-book visiting places (such as museums) in the city.

Keep sufficient change to pay for the taxi.

We enjoyed our stay at Pavillon du Golf. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The gardens were truly exquisite. The view of the lake and the golf course allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the serene surroundings and experience complete relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and we had the added pleasure of savoring it amidst the stunning lakeside scenery.

The staff were very great - Meryem at reception is super helpful and accommodating, the guys at the restaurant and everyone else were super helpful and eager to assist at every occasion- the staff really do make this property stand out and I’m already looking to come back Khalid Dahbi

The property is quite outdated and needs of a a good upgrade all around

I'va had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The whole thing was just amazing. I was greeted with so much hospitality that I felt that I was at home. The staff were so detail-oriented and just perfect. I would like to thank the chef rachid for his great food and effort, Hanna and abdelilah , tarik ,mustapha and let's not forget khalti saidia for their great work. And i would definitely recommend staying at the hotel. 100% would be back again.
