very warm welcoming from the staff on arrival. Room is spacious and comfortable with massive balcony. Very quiet rooms and sound proof. overall staff very professional and caring - massive thank you to Ibrahim who made sure we were more than satisfied during our stay.

overall the food need lots of improvement - poor quality and very poor variation compared to other 5 stars hotels with all inclusive packages I stayed in (not in Morocco). Otherwise I would certainly visit this hotel again.

Beautiful resort, calm, tranquil place to unwind after a busy conference or day at the Medina. Amazing staff, good transfer services, and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Room was luxurious for a very reasonable price!

From the very beginning, we received a free upgrade from garden view to golf view, which was a lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, especially in the evening at the Italian and Mediterranean à-la-carte restaurants, which were truly a highlight.

There were some very minor disturbances during our stay, but when we mentioned it at checkout, Hiba handled it with such care and professionalism that it truly elevated our overall experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference and left us with a wonderful final impression.

From the first warm greeting at reception, every staff interaction felt effortless and sincere. The resort is a true pocket of calm: birdsong floats through the gardens all day, and we spent most of our stay simply chilling by the pool or on the balcony, enjoying the immaculate room and sunrise reflections on the water. The buffet meals were another highlight, packed with fresh Moroccan flavours and plenty of variety—great value for a quick getaway.

The bar closes at 23:00, even on weekends, which felt a little early for a final drink under the stars

The servers Khalid and abdellilah, simo, and many more I couldn’t remember all the names were really sweet professional, agreeable, and social, they made our stay feel like home with their big hearts and smiles. The cleaning staff were also great. the girl who took care of my room was very sweet her name was Maria perhaps but she did her best tidying up the room as much as she can with highest professionalism. The other staff of concierge and reception were really helpful and kind and made their best to assist us with what we need. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family. The atmosphere is very friendly and the people who works there makes your stay more enjoyable and pleasant.

The view over the golf course was serene and truly soothing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel radiates calm, making it an ideal place to disconnect and recharge. The reception staff were gracious and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Service at the pool bar and indoor (coffee) bar was impeccable, discreet yet attentive, with a natural sense of hospitality. A special mention goes to the hotel’s executive chef: every dish was curated with care and respect for tradition. The Moroccan cuisine was not only delicious but an authentic reflection of the country’s rich culinary heritage. The rooms were immaculate, the pools perfectly maintained, and the entire property carried an air of quiet luxury.

Truly nothing worth noting, any minor point would be too insignificant to mention.

The hotel was clean and nice. There were some construction works going on but they didn’t disturb us too much as luckily our room was on the other side of the complex. The heated pool was a blessing as the weather wasn’t that good so was nice to be able to take a dip in a pool that wasn’t cold!! The food selection was varied and very tasty but at busy times we sometimes struggled to find a clean and empty table. I felt the wine selection for all inclusive was very limited though with only one red, white or rose. We didn’t like the white and I don’t drink red wine so got a bit bored of just having a choice of one rose. Biggest downside was the Zest bar area. At times you had to queue for 15-20 minutes for a drink as there were only 2 staff but a lot of guests waiting! The entertainment staff were a highlight. Very friendly and they put on a good range of events for the guests both during the day and the evening. The free shuttle bus into the town was also a welcome facility.
