very warm welcoming from the staff on arrival. Room is spacious and comfortable with massive balcony. Very quiet rooms and sound proof. overall staff very professional and caring - massive thank you to Ibrahim who made sure we were more than satisfied during our stay.

overall the food need lots of improvement - poor quality and very poor variation compared to other 5 stars hotels with all inclusive packages I stayed in (not in Morocco). Otherwise I would certainly visit this hotel again.

The facilities were great and everything was super clean. Drinks were good and the staff were really friendly.

One thing that others have brought up is that the labelling for the buffet food is very minimal. As someone with a nut allergy there were often deserts that seems to have nuts but there were no labels on which they were. Just something for the hotel to note as I fear this could be a bit dangerous!

Staff are very welcoming, professional, and helpful! Hiba and Yassine were wonderful!

It would be appreciated if some basic services were available after 11 PM - fine with paying an additional fee for access to services if necessary. Or have a late-night access fee as an option!

Beautiful size room ,setting was excellent overlooking pool ,easy reach of bar and restaurant, plenty of food and coffee available, with loads of cakes and snacks . Food was very good, plenty of choice and always looked great. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we every had and wished we could have taken them home 😊 Staff were lovely and helpful, the Animation team were fabulous. Transport to town was good and my husband got a lift to and from the Gym everyday as he had just had knee replacement. very quiet at night so got plenty of rest . Overall was a fantastic experience

Aircon didn’t work for 2 nights after being reported. Room would have been better with a step in shower( but that is just personal preference) Some of decking around the pool area needs replacing and has screws slightly sticking out of the wood . Some paving stones are cracked and need replacing .

Really hard to rate this hotel, because on the one hand it's managed very very well, and in terms of value for money - it's absolutely worth it. But on the other hand it's uncomparable to real luxury 5 stars hotels. Though It's unfair to make such comparison, cause those hotels costs 2-3 times more at least, if you stayed there, you unfortunately will do it anyway. So it's not a this hotel's problem it that case... Food, rooms, pools - all of that is good. Golf - tried it first time. Was very nice and interesting, glad that I've tried it (practice range, not the course itself, but that's more than enough) Stuff - everybody friendly and helpful (as much as they possibly can given that it's quite a big hotel and there are a lot of customers)

cocktails in the bar, and the bar itself - the weakest point. Here they really could have done much better. The only part where I can't justify the quality provided.

Beautiful resort, calm, tranquil place to unwind after a busy conference or day at the Medina. Amazing staff, good transfer services, and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Room was luxurious for a very reasonable price!

From the very beginning, we received a free upgrade from garden view to golf view, which was a lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, especially in the evening at the Italian and Mediterranean à-la-carte restaurants, which were truly a highlight.

There were some very minor disturbances during our stay, but when we mentioned it at checkout, Hiba handled it with such care and professionalism that it truly elevated our overall experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference and left us with a wonderful final impression.

Hiba at reception was such a welcoming person who provided lots of information regarding facilities including the Spa (Hammam & Massage was so good). All staff especially housekeeping and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms we booked were very spacious and clean. The views were so relaxing. The activities during the day were fun. The swimming pools were great to relax in. The variety of food was simply amazing and delicious. The entertainment was really good every night. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’d like to just relax and chill. The complimentary shuttle service into the city was so convenient and safe. We really appreciated having access to breakfast at 6am due to our early morning return flight. Thank you for your hospitality in Morocco.

The only issue I had was the location of the toiletries fixed to the wall being a little too far from the bath when having a wash.

Our stay at Pickalbatros du Golf in Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable! From the very first moment, we felt truly special – our room was beautifully prepared for our arrival, with every detail perfectly taken care of. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and special thanks go to Manager Ibrahim and waiter Khalid, who made us feel like VIP guests. The pools are stunning, with stone-tiled flooring that creates a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The food was simply phenomenal – both the traditional Moroccan dishes and the European cuisine were cooked to perfection. Every meal felt like a celebration of flavors. Another great advantage is the complimentary shuttle service to the Medina, which makes exploring Marrakech so easy and enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it’s a place we would love to come back to!
