The staff are always helpful and kind.

The room was cold at night the heating wasn't working. The shower door wouldn't close properly so water was leaking on the floor.

Very good location with many shops and food places nearby, a very big Marjane supermarket, mountain and few parks not that far away. It's about 6km walk to Jemma-el Fnaa. Bins and towels were changed daily. Swimming pool area didn't have sun all day there, but still plenty of time to enjoy the sun from like 10 to 15:30 (stayed on October 19th-27th). Towels were provided at the swimming pool area. Hotel is close to a very busy streets and traffic is usually crazy with beepings, ambulances passing by and etc so expect constant noise if you get your room facing streets. Surprisingly it didn't bother me too much but it might be a problem for other light sleepers.

Water was always on the bathroom floor after the shower and had to be dried with towel as shower door wouldn't close tightly enough and silicone renewal is must needed. Room 251.

Our stay at Relax Hôtel Marrakech this summer was fantastic! The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that our stay was too short—we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel's amenities and explore Marrakech further!

I had a little bit of mold close to the bathroom sink, but that's the effect of regular usage and can be easily fixed, proximity of mosque means that you'll hear prayers coming from loud speakers twice a day, cleaning every day – no option for "sustainable stay" (e.g. exchanging the daily clean for breakfast)

The location was excellent with many shops/ supermarket / restaurants / mosque in the surrounding areas. Free Car Park which was good. Staff at reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly, provided service with a smile and accommodated our requests whilst our stay. Housekeeping lady was also helpful. Bed was comfortable, Bathroom clean.

Unfortunately there was only one Iron in the whole of the hotel. I had to ring reception or approach the front desk to ask for the iron on a few occasions. However, once located it was brought promptly to our room. One of the shower spot lights was not working, so was making the bathroom look bit dark. But, again i rang down to reception and the maintenance man came within few mins to fix this. Bedsheets could have been cleaner, would have been good if room had mini refrigerator.

Good size room overlooking the outer suburbs of the city. Staff were all very welcoming and took our bags to the room for us. We stayed for two nights and they watched over our vehicles which were parked out the front. It's very close to some shops and some really good cafes, there is also a supermarket across the road. Short taxi ride and you are into the Medina which was perfect for us.

Bathroom light is on a timer so would go off when you were in the shower. That's the only thing I can fault about our stay though.

Buffet could have more items such as fruit. Breakfast buffet closes at 10:30 AM but by 9:45 AM, many food items are missing such as eggs, omelette. When you ask, the staff will bring missing items afterwards from the kitchen after cook prepares them but it will be better to plan a little ahead and have food already ready.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast is really good. The staff lady Sakina in breakfast is a gem worth mention. She is extraordinary in looking after the customers. 10/10 for her. All other staff in the dining area, front desk, and front door staff were also very pleasant and helpful. The room was regularly cleaned. Furniture quality is good. Good value for the money.

The light with sensors in the bathroom. It will turn off while you are in the shower, away from the reach of the sensor..

This is hands down my top spot in Marrakech. The place is immaculate and so cozy, offering a truly relaxing experience.

The only small downside is that the air conditioning could be a bit stronger, as the room sometimes feels a little warm. Still, everything else makes it a fantastic choice!
