Lovely hotel, great feel of tranquility after a hot chaotic day out in the souks. Lovely staff, loved the roof terrace where you could sit at night to read or simply relax, get some fresh air, listen to the sounds of the city with local live music floating up from the hotel dinning room. The staff give very good local advice and the tour guide they recommended was very knowledgeable. We were very well looked after, thoughtful little touches like our sheets being turned down and bedside lamps turned on ready for us after we returned from a long tiring trip to the desert were noticed and appreciated. On our last day we were sent off with a packed lunch for the airport which was very sweet of them.

Loved it all, one small thing but important to us was, we think the air conditioning filter could possibly benefit from being changed or cleaned, as our allergies were triggered when it was turned on so we sometimes tried sleeping without it. Other than this which would not be an issue for most people, it is a hotel I would recommend.

Ksar Anika is an absolute gem. The location is perfect, the rooms are luxurious and spotless, breakfasts are abundant and the decor is so pleasing to the eye. What struck us most of all is the friendliness of the staff...they simply could not do enough for us. We were touched by the authentic warmth of the waiters at breakfast (the head waiter was so gentle and accommodating) and Youness, the nightguard, was incredibly helpful and kind. The spa facilities were wonderful too, what a beautiful experience the hammam was. We hope to return some day. With our huge thanks to all the staff at Ksar Anika for making it such a lovely stay.

Very good location with a short (slightly perilous) walk to the 2 roads leading into the Medina. Very close to La Bahia Palace and Ozadria Square at the Southern end of the central area. The Riad contains 17 rooms which are very large by contemporary standards with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were varied and excellent and the staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The bedroom window had a great blackout fitted which looks like a mattress but works well. The heating and AC is provided by one AC type unit.

Occasionally noise could be heard from other rooms which was annoying if it was early in the morning.

We reserved through Booking.com and secured the reservation with an international Visa card. However, upon arrival, our guests were unexpectedly asked to pay again or face refusal to check in, despite our prior payment arrangement. The staff insisted on payment at the front desk and offered no alternative method for remote payment. We had to send someone with cash, leaving our guests waiting at reception. This frustrating situation was poorly managed and disappointing."

This Riad is absolutely beautiful. I travel to Marrakech regularly now and this is my favourite place to stay. It is unlike a large hotel - you are made so welcome and could almost imagine yourself living here. It is peaceful and quiet. We loved our delicious freshly cooked Moroccan breakfast sat by the pool. The rooms are spacious and lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The Riad is cleaned thoroughly each day and beautiful homemade toiletries, fruits and biscuits are kept topped up daily. The staff here are amazing. They are friendly, welcoming kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They provided us with a lovely gift for our departure. We also love the rooftop terrace. For cooler days and evenings there is a cosy lounge with an open fireplace This Riad is just outside the hustle and bustle of the main medina streets - which I much prefer. It is much quieter here at night. I travel here with my daughter and we feel completely safe walking back here late in the evening. The 2 main palaces and the access to the main medina streets and the Djemma el Fna are close by. We walked easily from here to all of the main attractions. The bus collected us from here early morning for our hot air balloon trip.

Nothing - as everything was perfect

I stayed at the Riad with a number of my friends for 3 nights when I was celebrating my birthday in Marrakech early January. Our experience was great! The location is great, it is in the medina and yet very quiet. I coordinated everything with Siham before we arrived and she was extremely responsive and accommodating. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was exceptional (Siham, Selma, Youssaf to name a few). Our experience was definitely elevated by the service we received, there were so many little things they did which matter a lot but many hotels overlook. All my guests went back with fond memories. I feel the photos don't do justice to how beautiful and well kept the riad is. I'm glad I chose Riad Anika!

The hotel didn't have the alcohol license when we were visiting as it was still being renewed. I didn't know that at the time of booking, which was a bit disappointing especially because we were coming for a big birthday celebration, but I would not rate the place down just because of that as our overall stay was fantastic! I am sure they will sort their license in due course.

The decor is exceptional with significant attention to detail and a perfect blend of modern and traditional.The pool is a lovely focal point within the courtyard, providing a great atmosphere for our very tasty breakfast. However, what made our stay so memorable, was the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the excellent staff, both in the restauran and especially at the hotel reception .Everything was dealt with in a competent ,efficient and helpful manner and with amazing care and attention.

Ksar Anika proved to be an impeccable choice for our stay in Marrakech, perfectly situated to offer both tranquility and easy access to the vibrant city buzz. Hamed, our host, enhanced our experience with his warmth and invaluable local knowledge, making us feel right at home. The breakfasts were a feast for the senses, featuring a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the transfer service to the airport was punctual and thoughtful, complete with a packed snack for our journey. I highly recommend Ksar Anika for anyone looking for a charming stay in Marrakech, supported by exceptionally caring staff.

Superb accommodation!! Beautifully decorated, big rooms, comfortable bedding, nice toiletries - what more do you need? At the Ksar Anika you also get a fabulous breakfast (lots of breakfast), good coffee and tea (at anytime) and afternoon snacks and refreshments. The evening restaurant food was tasty, the atmosphere was relaxed and unrushed. But the best reason to stay here is the staff. Everyone is kind and helpful, they will do what they can to make your stay with them pleasant and hassle free. Fresh fruit, treats and water were left daily in our room. There are several areas to sit and relax, I loved the decor throughout. My favourite space was the extensive roof terrace which has different seating/lounging areas which are a mix of in the sun and shaded. Great city and mountain views.

We liked it all, we could not have experienced a better stay.

The riad is central and walking distance to many restaurants and Medina. We had great staff looking after us. From the kitchen to reception they went over and beyond expectations. Very helpful and appreciative. We’ll definitely stay there on our next visit.

The roof lounge area was open but not serviced by staff. We ordered our drinks downstairs and they did bring it up while we sat around and enjoyed the evening. It would have been better if they had the bar area maned
