Lovely hotel, great feel of tranquility after a hot chaotic day out in the souks. Lovely staff, loved the roof terrace where you could sit at night to read or simply relax, get some fresh air, listen to the sounds of the city with local live music floating up from the hotel dinning room. The staff give very good local advice and the tour guide they recommended was very knowledgeable. We were very well looked after, thoughtful little touches like our sheets being turned down and bedside lamps turned on ready for us after we returned from a long tiring trip to the desert were noticed and appreciated. On our last day we were sent off with a packed lunch for the airport which was very sweet of them.

Loved it all, one small thing but important to us was, we think the air conditioning filter could possibly benefit from being changed or cleaned, as our allergies were triggered when it was turned on so we sometimes tried sleeping without it. Other than this which would not be an issue for most people, it is a hotel I would recommend.

We had the most wonderful time at Ksar Anika when we visited Marrakech. It really was perfect from the moment we arrived. The Riad is located in the Mellah (Jewish Quarter) about a 15 minute walk from the Central Square (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and it felt very safe to walk to and from there throughout the day and at night as a couple. It wasn't particularly noisy at night time, but noise mufflers for the windows were provided in the room (we didn't require them). The location was excellent - away from the noise and hustle/bustle, but so easily walkable to the centre. We entered the riad, and it was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with some snacks and traditional Moroccan tea and given some recommendations about what to do and where to eat in Marrakech. The room itself was exceptional - beautiful to look at with incredible detail, spacious, cool (it was 39c outside) and topped up with water and snacks every day. There was also a small fridge/freezer which came in really handy. There was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast every morning as well as a mixture of sweet and savoury snacks throughout the day. Finally, but most importantly, is how wonderful the members of staff were. They were so welcoming and friendly throughout and really cared about us having the best experience. Always on hand to make recommendations without being pushy on particular restaurants or activities while also wanting to hear about our experiences to make recommendations for future guests.

I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about Ksar Anika. Without a doubt we will be visiting Marrakech in the future and will be staying here.

Very helpful staff. Great service. They had little sandwiches and snacks in the afternoon and they gave us little Moroccan cookies and fruit in our room. They also packed us a little lunch for our departure which was nice. Food at the restaurant was very good quality. Nice pool that was clean for our kids.

It was a 12 minute walk or so to get to the Medina. That was a bit challenging as we are a young family so we decided to take a taxi back a couple of times for about 100 Dirham. Our room was next to the street and was a bit noisy. One of the employees at the front desk was a little pushy.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel like family. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. every single person we met was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was offering us mint tea upon arrival, or simply greeting us with a smile each morning, their care and professionalism were outstanding. Special thanks to the front desk team and the breakfast staff — your warmth added so much to our experience! The hotel itself is stunning — a peaceful oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The decor is elegant and authentic, the rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing. We also loved the delicious breakfast served daily in the serene courtyard. If you’re looking for a place with heart, charm, and truly exceptional service, Ksar Anika is it. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is beautifully designed and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional - warm, welcoming, accommodating and incredibly good at their jobs. Each day, fruit and biscuits were left in our room along with a big bottle of water. Breakfast was delicious and we were catered for as vegetarians. We had to catch an early flight so were given a light breakfast and even a packed lunch to keep us going. A lovely touch was the gift of toiletries to take with us. We would love to stay here again one day.

Ksar Anika is an absolute gem. The location is perfect, the rooms are luxurious and spotless, breakfasts are abundant and the decor is so pleasing to the eye. What struck us most of all is the friendliness of the staff...they simply could not do enough for us. We were touched by the authentic warmth of the waiters at breakfast (the head waiter was so gentle and accommodating) and Youness, the nightguard, was incredibly helpful and kind. The spa facilities were wonderful too, what a beautiful experience the hammam was. We hope to return some day. With our huge thanks to all the staff at Ksar Anika for making it such a lovely stay.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's motto was "Relax. We can do everything for you." They even prepared food for us as we were leaving. Our room was cleaned every day, the pool water was clean, and we had free snacks whenever we went to the pool.

We couldn't find any slippers in the room. But when we were leaving, they said they had some. It was our fault for not asking them. Also, there was cleaning noise from the rooftop earlier in the morning. It was a bit disturbing, but not a big issue. It didn't stop us from loving the place!

Very good location with a short (slightly perilous) walk to the 2 roads leading into the Medina. Very close to La Bahia Palace and Ozadria Square at the Southern end of the central area. The Riad contains 17 rooms which are very large by contemporary standards with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were varied and excellent and the staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The bedroom window had a great blackout fitted which looks like a mattress but works well. The heating and AC is provided by one AC type unit.

Occasionally noise could be heard from other rooms which was annoying if it was early in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ksar Anika. The breakfast was delicious - fresh juice, warm pastries, and local touches that felt homemade. The location was great too - right in the Medina but surprisingly quiet. Best of all, our driver was able to drop us off right at the door, which made things super easy and hassle-free, especially with our luggage.

Honestly, there’s nothing we didn’t like. Everything was just as we hoped - the room was cozy, the staff was kind, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the riad. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

This Riad is absolutely beautiful. I travel to Marrakech regularly now and this is my favourite place to stay. It is unlike a large hotel - you are made so welcome and could almost imagine yourself living here. It is peaceful and quiet. We loved our delicious freshly cooked Moroccan breakfast sat by the pool. The rooms are spacious and lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The Riad is cleaned thoroughly each day and beautiful homemade toiletries, fruits and biscuits are kept topped up daily. The staff here are amazing. They are friendly, welcoming kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They provided us with a lovely gift for our departure. We also love the rooftop terrace. For cooler days and evenings there is a cosy lounge with an open fireplace This Riad is just outside the hustle and bustle of the main medina streets - which I much prefer. It is much quieter here at night. I travel here with my daughter and we feel completely safe walking back here late in the evening. The 2 main palaces and the access to the main medina streets and the Djemma el Fna are close by. We walked easily from here to all of the main attractions. The bus collected us from here early morning for our hot air balloon trip.
