A warm, attentive welcome was extended throughout our stay. The riad is relatively newly renovated with many charming authentic touches. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We felt at home with all needs met with kindness. We ate a few times in the evening and all meals were superb, better than any restaurants we visited. The cook is excellent, offering Moroccan, Asian food. The breakfasts were always varied with fresh produce cooked creatively and plentiful. We would stay again definitely. The Kasbah was quiet at night and easy by foot to reach to walk to the Medina in 15 mins. We always felt safe.

We were in a family room and some hooks to hang coats/jackets would have helped.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad 48 & Spa! Located inside the Medina but in a very quiet area, the Riad offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The building feels quite new, everything is extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the overall design is tasteful and fresh. The rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the staff were happy to accommodate any special requests. Although we didn’t use the spa, it looked inviting and well-kept. The team is very friendly and helpful—they can organize nearly anything you need, just ask. A great choice for a quiet and comfortable stay in Marrakech!

It is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms, beautiful furniture. Nice little corners are created to relax. Modern Moroccan design. The breakfast is delicious and huge. You could go on it for the whole day, we loved it! And we loved all the staff, they make the place feel alive!

In the morning it was really cold. It felt like low season, roof terras was not up & running, no spa facilities. To get to the riad you will need to take some small back road and alleys. With two small kids at night it felt a little unsafe.

The jacuzzi was pure relaxation, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view was the perfect way to start the day. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions, yet peaceful and completely safe. Highly recommend this riad for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech!

This riad is a beautiful oasis of calm in the Kasbah neighbourhood of Marrakech's medina; walking distance to many sights and conveniently accessible from the airport. The attentive care of all the staff was exceptional; we enjoyed delicious meals on site and they were always available to help with taxi bookings. The rooms are clean and modern with traditional Moroccan touches; superb bathroom.

The location was excellent, extremely safe area even though we were two women staying there (I was travelling with my mum) and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There was no telephone in the room so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. The property was clean, however we could hear sounds from downstairs into our room, and just everything else in general.

Great location and beautiful interior. Reception staff was helpful and made our stay really comfortable in Marrakesh. Room was pretty authentic and comfortable

Our room was facing kitchen side(interior yard above the kitchen) and staff was really loud(screaming and laughing) starting from 6AM. So take it into a count and buy earplugs for your own comfort.

A magnificent riad!!! Highly recommended!!! We stayed for 5 nights and we felt wonderful in this riad . Large and well-decorated rooms. Huge and luxurious shower. A great open roof overlooking the city. Wonderful and delicious Moroccan cuisine that does not fall short of any high standard restaurant in the city .close by foot to the main square and all the main attractions in Marrakech. Beautiful Riad with very attentive staff. Food available was fresh and delicious. Spa treatments were relaxing and professional. Rooftop spacious for relaxing on lounger and eating. Only 10 rooms which makes it special.

Extension work made substantial noise, but I guess it can't be helped.

Architecture is amazing. Beautiful rooms, terrace, common area… everything well designed. There are also massage and some personal care facilities.

No parking but just across the street there is private parking spot. Safe and you can leave the car how long would you like.
