We had such an amazing holiday. The location of the riad was perfect, being central enough to walk everywhere but away from the busy centre. The area felt safe, and it was extremely peaceful once inside the riad. We loved the roof terrace, a great place to chill out and have breakfast and take a break with delicious mint tea. The tea was the best we had all holiday and came with delicious complimentary cookies and cake. Despite arriving late we were welcomed with tea and soup on the house. The suite we had was huge and could be divided for privacy, it was pitch back at night and firm beds for a good night's sleep. The decor was beautiful and authentic and spotlessly clean. It was serviced every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were able to come and go as we pleased at any time. We would thoroughly recommend this riad.

A beautiful traditional Riad in a brilliant location within the Kasbah. Waking distance to most sites, Souks, Tombs. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful yet invisible when needed allowing us to feel as if we were the only guests at times, using the pool and terraces. Jamal helped us to organise a birthday cake for our daughter and book a great restaurant. He always gave sound advice and worked hard to cater to all tastes. Breakfast was great, fresh, simple yet delicious. Very clean. Rooms, towels, beds changed daily. Mini fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Heater for the very cold evening we had.

The shower was inconsistent in temperature and flow however, once we worked out how to set it, we managed just fine.

Breakfast was exceptional and Jamal was very helpful! He had a very calming energy and made us feel very welcome, he greeted us during our late evening arrival with tea and pastries. Communication was always prompt and easy. Our room was so spacious, clean, and we were very comfortable. While we were out during the day, our rooms were cleaned exceptionally when we returned. Hotel transfers both ways from the airport were easy to arrange, and Jamal even made us a light breakfast early in the morning on the day we left. It was such lovely stay!

There were so many things to like... As soon as we got there, we were greeted by one of the housekeepers and shown immediately to our room. The room was just as pictured, and the bathroom was amazing. It has a bath big enough to fit 4 people. The water was always hot, and towels were replaced daily. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I would like to mention Jamal, as he was the perfect host and helped us with locations where we wanted to go during the day. The other ladies who served us breakfast were also lovely and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location is right in the heart of the Old Town and there is loads to see, but if you want to walk further and go and see the sooks and New Town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Beautiful and vibrant riad in the Kasbah. A calm, refreshing place you'll be happy to come back to while visiting Marrakech. It's a lovely building with pool in the court and an amazing terrace where having your breakfast, tea, or just for a relaxing break. The staff is just so caring and amazing you will soon feel like at home. We travelled with three kids and they loved coming back here after our strolls around the city, refresh in the pool and read or relax on one of the many sofas in the common area. The position is great, close to many attraction but outside the busy Medina, so perfect for us. When I asked the kids what they loved the most in Marrakech, the three mentioned the Riad as one of the things.

We particularly appreciated Jamal's help and kindness throughout our stay. The dinner was exceptionnally tasty. The cleaningliness was to the highest standard. Location is great and very convenient, close to the Medina and Souk and allowing for the taxi to stop in front of the hotel, which may not always happen as some streets are car-free. The hotel's staff was also extremely helpful with the organisation of excursions.

It happened, although not often, that warm water run out in the evening.

I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone travelling to Marrakech. Me and my wife stayed here for five nights and loved every part of our stay here. Oussama tended to our every need and was so nice and friendly going out of his way to make our stay pleasurable, and Hicham was also so nice and of great service. They both even gave us Arabic lessons to help us out a bit during our stay. I must comment also that the meals are excellent here. In fact, much better than any restaurant we dined at. The breakfasts were full of tasty items and we greatly enjoyed spending leisure time on the balcony and pool area. The Riad is very conveniently located within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars, and the major sights in Marrakech. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone who visits Marrakech, even first time visitors. The Riad also arranges tours for guests. We cannot wait to stay there again next time we are in Marrakech. The house was very nice, traditional and clean. The staff was very friendly.The host, Jamal, was always willing to help us with recommendations.The location was excellent.!

The mattress was uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. Overall, the experience was excellent, and these were only minor issues

All the staff were amazing - the people who cleaned the room, the people who served food, and Ibrahim, who was so lovely to our children. It was a very warm atmosphere, and it felt very safe, happy and comfortable. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were great. We ate one evening at the riad and the food was very good, though the portions were immense!! I thought the food was very reasonably priced. The location is brilliant. We walked and walked round the city, and it’s a great starting point for visiting all the main sights. But it’s also set slightly back from the main areas, so it felt like returning to an oasis of calm. I’ll also add we arrived slightly disorientated and quite early - hours before check-in - but we were shown our rooms, still being cleaned, to check we were happy, allowed to leave our bags, and treated to mint tea and biscuits, with such welcome.

This was part of the deal - it’s a riad in an old part of town: the building is a little noisy, whether it’s gurgling pipes or just the doors which aren’t insulated against sound, as is the building style. This means you’re a bit dependent on other guests being considerate - which mostly they really were. This, to me, was all part of the experience but I guess it might not be for everyone. However, I slept so well as it was just so comfortable! The wooden shutters completely blocked out the light, and the style of the building means it’s a lovely temperature.

We visited the Riad towards the end of October and the weather outside was not perfect but the Riad was good. It wasn't easy not to jump in the swimming pool even though it was cloudy. The staff was good, we didn't have any problems. The rooms were big. One of the rooms had a huge bath, you will see it in the pictures.

There is space for a car or two to be parked very close to the Riad but some locals believe it's theirs and tried to charge me money for using the spot. This has nothing to do with the Riad, this is happening all over Morocco.
