Very good registration and explanation on what to see, where to go etc. The bathroom and showers were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the building was cool and easy to relax in / use WiFi. Both rooms were fitted with AC but weren't required.

We had 2 rooms. The one at the front of the building had a double glazed door opening onto the balcony. It was faulty so couldn't be closed properly. Consequently, there was some noise during the night.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the upgrade we recieved during our stay at Riad Al Wafaa. The upgrade was a wonderful surprise and the suite with the balcony all to ourselves was simply divine. We loved every minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality and warmth by the entire staff, especially the guys at the reception, Mohammed and his dear colleague. Thank you again for the generosity, and if we ever come back to Marrakesh, we definetly know where we will be staying at!

Quiet and safe, short walk to major attraction and restaurants

Very well maintained riad right next to the medina. A true oasis of calmness in the hurricane of bustling Marrakech. Really easy to find (just take a taxi to Tinsmiths Square and walk 100m). Although surroundings looks shady at first, at the end of the day you appreciate the quietness. Pleasant and veery helpful staff, that takes care of every need. Spot on cleanliness. Recommend without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Riad. The staff was really nice with us and helped us in everything we needed. Thank to them we could arrive without issues the first day and they gave us very useful tips in the city. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Very good value for money.

The cleaning was good but our towels looked dirty and old.

Stay at Riad Al Wafaa was super amazing. Muhammad and all staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. The breakfast provided was delicious and different everyday. The preferred mode of payment was cash so be mindful to have enough euros/dirhams cash if you want to book any excursion with them or pay the City tax and taxi organised by them. Riad was only 10 min walk from Jema Al Fenna, 2 min walk from Palace Bahia and 2min walk from Palace Badi.

Our stay was amazing! It gave us an insight in the local culture. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always ready to give us recommendations!

The airconditioning didn't work that well. Especially during the day, it became very hot in our room! In the evening it was fine, because the outside temperature also dropped, which also cooled down our room! But this was in the beginning of april (25-35°), i can imagine in the summer that it gets very hot!

We had a lovely stay here, the hosts are amazing and very friendly, they do their very best to welcome you. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities. We loved the traditional breakfast they served every morning. Location is also good, it’s about 10 minutes walk to the main square, less than 5 minutes from Bahia and Badi Palaces. Will definitely recommend this one.

Very friendly staff and great location. I would give really 10/10 for their customer service. All major attractions are really at the walking distance.

Some minor maintenance is needed (e.g., loose door handles (screws must be tightened, soap holder in the shower room, TV remote batteries)

We came as a family of six. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Zakariya, Muhammad, Hassan and the sister that made breakfast (I didn't get her name), were all fun to talk to. The location was just right, right next to Badi palace and just seconds from a nice mini square with cafes, eateries, herbalists, and a soak. 6 minutes from Bahia palace and 8-10 minute walk to Jama al-fana. Despite no TV in the rooms my children didn't get bored as the Riad had WiFi, but who goes on holiday to watch TV. We enjoyed the breakfast, fresh orange juice and my Mrs couldn't get enough of their parathe, I personally enjoyed sipping on their mint tea. The terrace had a couple of sun seats and a bed to relax and soak some vit-D. I would definitely recommend Riad Al Wafa and would definitely stay again.
