We had a very pleasant experience. Before we arrived, Aziz, the host, messaged to explain that we were staying at the sister hotel around the corner from Miramere. We were pleased when we arrived as it was a little off the main road and I imagine quieter than Miramere would be. We had 2 interconnected rooms, one had a double and 2 singles, the other had a single bed with 2 sofas, kitchenette and shower room. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but that is down to preference. Kitchenette had everything we needed to sort ourselves with snacks and drinks throughout our stay. It would have been a struggle to cook an entire meal in there but we didn't plan to do this. We stayed for 4 nights and then went to an all inclusive for 4 nights. This worked well for us as we did the sight seeing and excursions booked on booking.com and was never too far from a meeting point to do these activities, find a restaurant to eat at or shop in a Souk etc. It was quite noisy in the area at night time, but that is to be expected when staying in the middle of the city and we anticipated this. For the price we paid it was excellent value for money in a brilliant location where you could walk to many sight seeing areas near by. It took us a couple of days to find the Kasbah where you can get excellent streetfood for amazing prices. The pool was very cold so we only had a couple of cold dunks to cool us down after being in the heat all day, but I didn't have huge expectations of the pool because it looked small on the photos and it was small. The roof terrace was lovely to go and escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech with a spot to sunbath or a shaded area to escape the sun too. We didn't opt for breakfast as we had several excursions that included traditional Berber breakfast anyway. The days when we weren't out for breakfast we found a boulangarie that did the best pastries only a few minutes walk away.

Excellent value for money. Shame there wasnt a kettle in the room. Beds comfortable. Lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for amenities and airport.

Couldnt get tv to work but didnt ask for help so.....just would have loved a kettle in the room to make tea when l wanted

Excellent location close to the Jewish Quarter and the bottom of the Medina, lovely staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was plentiful for just 3 euros. Would highly recommend nearby restaurant Dar Naji - it's a hidden gem. I would stay here again because it was good value, clean and had what we needed for a 4 night break. Plenty of hot water at any time of the day.

We (two women) were only given 1 towel each but were given more when I asked. Reception wasn't always attended and the front door could be very difficult to unlock. The room didn't look like the pictures on the website but it was comfortable enough.

This was our first visit to Marrakesh and the hosts made us feel so welcome. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were very helpful in making our stay most enjoyable. We highly recommend Miramare to anyone thinking of staying in Marrakesh

We didnt like having to say 'goodbye'! We stayed for 3 weeks and would have been more than happy staying another 3 weeks. We met so many friendly and welcoming people, it was sad saying our 'goodbyes' But we will be back!

Superb ! For the money you can't get better, the guys at the hotel looked after us for anything we needed, the room was basic but it's cheap , a few things would of been nice , a kettle so we could have a cup of tea would of been great. The room was very clean and very quiet especially at night had no problem sleeping.. The hotel is in a perfect location between tinsmiths and the main square, 100 % I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean & tidy - large room with comfy beds. The bathroom was spacious but the door only closed/locked from the outside. The air-conditioning was fantastic - this was a life saver in the June heat. The Wifi was good - no problems with the connection The staff were wonderful - they very kindly looked after out luggage after we checked out (we didn't fly until the evening) - the reception staff always had a smile on their face. Very close to Tinsmith Square

The room included a window into the hallway / hotel corridor, however the window did not close properly - this allowed noise to be heard during the night and morning. The shower head was broken so we couldn't really use it. The room would benefit from a small fridge and soundproofing

Great location and staff were very friendly. They helped us schedule a taxi to the airport and answered any questions we had. The room was the perfect size for 3 people and very close to the medina. Having AC in the room was also very nice because it got so hot during the day. 10/10 recommend!

Check in was confusing at first because no one was at the front desk. They run 2 hotels so they were at the other one when we arrived. Make sure to contact them before arrival so they are ready for you.

We initially thought it was a bad neighbourhood in the evening but by day light it turned our to be a good one. This is part of the city that tourist are going through. It turned out there is a souk nearby which led to the main square.

As it was prayer time when we arrived the reception was not around and we cannot get in the building. We nearly left. Thankfully he arrived as we were leaving. The moral of the story is to provide your expected arrival time and make sure you have a way to contact them (i.e. whatsapp).

Staff (the main man and the younger boy - apologies we forgot their name) were really helpful, extremely attentive and this made our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was yummy and a good array of breads which kept us going, location was great, not far from the Koutoubia Mosque (10/15 min walk) or the old souks. The only thing missing was a working kettle but the staff provided us with mint tea on an evening which was lovely of them. The apartment was spacious, one of the beds wasn't in great condition but otherwise the rest of us were comfortable in our beds. I would return to this place if I was to revisit the old town.

Including a functional kettle and ensuring all the beds were comfortable as the springs had gone from one of the double beds. Maybe some soap in the bathroom - fortunately we had brought our own.

location was very central, friendly , respetful staff. we used washing machine in communal area, There was a coffee machine and small kitchen and fridge. No hot water kettle to make tea, but I used one in main kitchen which was on terrace. Being outside ,I noticed some small cockroaches in that kitchen in the evening, which the staff can try to remove.
