Rachid made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived - with mint tea and cake- and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is ideal, very close to Bahia Palace, the souks, Main Square and many great restaurants. Yet it is so very quiet inside the riad, a real haven from the busyness of the city. The plunge pool was the perfect place to cool down in the high temperatures we experienced this end of June/ beginning of July '25. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, made and served by Sana who is exceptionally kind and helpful. Her homemade -no sugar- banana and chocolate cake will be a lasting memory for us!

The riad is not as plush as it appears in the photos, that said everything in our room worked for us and was spotlessly clean. I am glad we gave our business to a riad that has clearly suffered from a downturn in activity due to the effects of COVID and the 2023 earthquake.

Very nicely presented and excellent location. The riad looks just like the pictures. Breakfast was good, however we did miss it 3 days due to excursions being booked and breakfast starts at 830. Staff also lovely and very helpful. Only one negative for me personally was the AC. I felt it was too hot in the room and the AC was not cool enough. So I had very little and poor sleep for the time I was there. However this is my personal experience as I like to sleep in a cold room or as I call it an ice box. I would definitely recommend this Riad.

No dislikes all good

This riad is in the middle of the old medina so everything is at walking distance you could do most of all sightseeing by foot without taking a taxi. It's situated in a calm neighbourhood. The staff were amazing and super friendly you can ask them anything you want and they will help you. They are always smiling and very accomodating.

The room we choose was a lot smaller than what I expected. In terms of cleanliness, I have more higher standards in that regard so its not like amazing but it was still good. Other than that its a good value for your money and would even recommend this to others.

Amazing Riad in the CENTER of the old town next to many places of interest like el Badi and Bahia palace. (3 minutes walking distance) the staff was great! Willing to help with all your needs, guide you through the town and offer every service you ll need. They prepeared for us an amazing breakfast everyday with traditional bread , eggs , crepes, brownies,fresh orange juice, and traditional coffee. They also offered us laundry services for our clothes when we came back from the desert activities. Also very cozy atmosphere overall and very instagramic place if you want to take amazing pictures inside this riad ! The roof garden was exceptional as well . We had some chilling late night talks up there with the amazing view of the old town.

The only downside was the room that was given to us which was listed as a triple room, was definitely NOT a room for the three of us and our luggage. We only had one suitcase each and we could barely fit. we had to get ready one by one because the room could not fit three of us opening our suitcases and getting ready at the same time. Also the toilet was right next to one of the beds and it just had a wooden door with holes on it so there wasn’t much privacy while using the bathroom so the rest of us had to evacuate the room when one of us was using it.We had the Cuba room but the rooms next door were much bigger so make sure you book one of the other rooms if you choose this riad.

The staff were very friendly and made delicious breakfast. The courtyard was traditional and very beautiful. Enjoyed going to the rooftop first thing in the morning to meet the tortoise and enjoy the breeze. The rooms were fully air-conditioned. We walked to most of our destinations from the riad following Google maps (very easy to navigate). Excursion meeting points were within 5 mins walk. Will come back in the near future for another trip to Marrakech. Would definitely recommend this riad.

From the moment we arrived Mouhsin took great care of us. It was my mothers birthday and they had made a Birthday cake on her arrival along with the traditional mint tea. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay anything we needed they were there ! Breakfast was wonderful and any special requests were fulfilled. Kindly each evening Mouhsin called to reserve restaurants for us as our mobile phones were not working and we were not able to make calls. The rooms were cleaned daily and provided with clean towels every day. The hospitality of all of the staff was remarkable and we would recommend this Riad to anyone wanting a traditional homely Moroccan experience. Thank you for everything !

Fabulous little Riad in the heart of the market, close to the taxi drop off point but you do need to get your bearings, as there’s so many little alleyways. The staff were wonderful, particularly Mouhsine who went out his way to assist us with several things; nothing was too much trouble for him. Lovely breakfast on the roof top terrace each morning which couldn’t be faulted. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like.

It was very clean, breakfasts were delicious, huge and varied. Location was great. Decor was pretty. Staff was very kind and friendly.

We were first placed in a triple room (2 of us) and it was really tiny and pokey. I don’t think a very large person would physically be able to get into the shower the bathroom was so small. The whole room had one window about 30 cm long and 10 cm wide - I was very claustrophobic. The mattress was quite bad. We changed rooms after one night, the second room was great - mattress was great, bathroom of a normal size and big windows.

The riad was absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrive Rachid and the staff were so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. They organised pick up from the airport and Rachid met us at the drop off point and walked us to the riad. We had tea and treats on arrival before checking into the room. The location is amazing, down a small side street only a few steps from a shopping street with little gift shops and a small corner shop for water, crisps, etc. Our room was beautiful and was always clean. Our flight was extremely early and we had to leave at 2.30am. We were walked to the taxi and everything! Would highly recommend this riad!! Only a few minutes to the main square too.
