Location is great as we were only 10 minutes away from the main area in Medina. The best points about this Riad are staff, location , food and the terrace. We had breakfast every day up at the terrace and Yosef and Rashid were so helpful and polite. The room got clean everyday. We appreciated their hard work as they were fasting during the Ramadan. The place got busy and noisy over the weekend but this is due to inconsiderate guests despite attempts from staff to respond to their needs.

The nr 11 room, needed some care as there were scratches all over the walls , air conditioner needed some deep clean and there was no ventilation at the toilet. Attention to details on the furniture, lighting or bringing the amazing orange blossom smells inside the rooms would have been nice to avoid the area looking basic.

Very friendly staff, clean and lovely environment. Good location within the medina.really nice breakfast. Would recommend to stay for other guests.

Internet does not work inside the room. Was a bit confusing as the hotel handles the payment rather than through booking.com, we thought we cleared out payment when we check out then was asked to pay. We were also billed with the bottled water when the tap water in Morocco was not drinkable-this was not mentioned to us when we ask for water so the staff waived the bill for bottle water for us in the end.

Everything!!! Clean, beautiful and away from the noise. Food is changed everyday so no breakfast fatigue. One of the staff Mohammed, was especially very nice. I had a very early check out and he followed me to my cab and helped with my luggage. I was also having a bad headache, he quickly made me something so I could feel better. He also woke up super early to serve me breakfast so I don’t start the day with an empty stomach! Before I forget, he also printed my boarding pass for me! As a solo traveler, I truly felt looked after. The location is close to most places too. This is totally worth your money.

Absolutely amazing place and very professional and friendly staff. We arrived very late after a very long trip and we got welcomed with traditional tea, which made the check-in process seamless. Central location but quiet at night - city noice wise. However, if you are a very light sleeper might not be the best place for you as since this is a traditional Riad, the doors are very beautiful but do not really isolate much noise when someone e.g. is opening the door to their room etc., but people try to be very quiet. Breakaway is very good! A bit different every day and can easily make you feel full and ready for the day. All in all, I highly recommend this and would go back to this arias again. :)

We really liked the decor and the details of the facility, as well as very nice kind and helpful staff (no one excluded!), don't be afraid to ask them anything they will be more than happy to help you! It is really a little oasis of calm and peace in a very busy and crowded place like Marrakech, where you can relax and enjoy your time. We also tried the dinner which was delightful; breakfast is very good as well with traditional and freshly made products. Location is perfect in the old town and close to many attractions and very well connected to taxi pick up points.

The structure is very quiet, but you have to take into account that the rooms are not sound proof as you can imagine in a Riad doesn't stop any noise from the surroundings, plus it is located very close to 2 mosques so you will clearly hear the call of the muezzin starting from the early morning, not a big problem for us but it's important to be aware of it. The massage is probably not worth the price and the WIFI is really slow and connection is not consistent throughout the day.

This Riad was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Check-in was quick and painless, and the staff were really friendly. Especially Ayoub who served me at breakfast and helped with our bits, which made the stay quite easy. The location is very central, surrounded by local markets that made me feel included in the Moroccan culture. I was also happy to see that the rooms and interior looked exactly like the pictures online, so no nasty surprises there! The breakfast was tasty and filling, and I loved having it on their terrace. I actually spent most of one day just lounging up there because it was that comfy. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe the whole time. The staff even offered to walk me to and from pickup points when I was out late, which was really reassuring. Being Muslim, hearing the Adhan playing was actually quite lovely and made me feel more connected to the place. The staff were helpful with practical things too—they printed my boarding pass and sorted out my airport transfer without any fuss. Overall, a fantastic place I'd happily recommend to anyone!

Staff was really good and accommodating. Loved the location, all places were walking distance from there. Really good breakfast, amazing french toasts served. Options of black tea, coffee available.

Breakfast time was 7 to 10, but was mostly available around 8. On days when we had to step out early, this would be a problem. Water bottles should be available in the room - at least two should be complementary. Some food places were suggested by the staff to try which didn't turn out great. Other than this, the overall experience was quite amazing, and we had a great time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to show us the true spirit of Moroccan hospitality. Every interaction—whether at breakfast, during room cleaning, or when we needed help navigating the medina or arranging transportation—was warm, helpful, and genuine. The riad is tucked away on a quiet street near a mosque, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. It's about a 15-minute walk to Jmaa El Fnaa square, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a calm, residential atmosphere. The space itself is beautifully designed—spacious, clean, and full of charm. While there’s no pool, the traditional courtyard fountain provided a refreshing and serene centerpiece to relax by. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly relaxing hammam and massage experience, which left us feeling refreshed and pampered. A heartfelt choukrane to Mouad, Yassine, Ayoub, Adil, Achraf, and Youssef! Your kindness and attentiveness made our trip unforgettable. We’re so grateful for all your help and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Morocco at its most welcoming.

Staying at this hotel made our Marrakech trip special. We had the pleasure of encountering Yassine, Yassin and Ashraf. We were greeted everyday by these guys with warm smiles. Enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace, soaking in the small but functioning pool in the lobby, and a full spa that was arranged by Yassin on short notice. On the day of arrival, we were picked up at the nearly spot where cars would go, and on the day of departure, we were again brought to the taxi stand and Yassine kindly negotiated the price for us with the taxi driver. We're grateful that we met these young and hard working guys. We made connection with them, and this reminded us why we travel.

A clean and comfortable room. A lovely breakfast served on a beautiful terrace with a 360° view of the city. The location is convenient and situated in a vibrant neighbourhood where we felt very safe, even late at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The layout of the room was quite unusual, and not in a good way (trust me, I am an architect). The open toilet space was right at the entrance, which was inconvenient for a group of three friends. Two of us had to isolate ourselves in the room or wait on the terrace to allow the third person some privacy while using the bathroom. If it weren't for this layout, we would have rated it a 10.
