Perfectly located at the edge of the old city, in the middle of popular restaurants and shops. A mosque is just a minute away. It's also close to the main bus station and bus stops. The hotel boasts Moroccan design with beautiful decor that reflects the rich Moroccan heritage. The rooftop terrace is incredibly charming. The internet is excellent, with strong signals everywhere. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning. The staff is fantastic, Anwar, who is a genuinely kind person. I had a delightful breakfast on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely return on my next visit.

The room was lovely with carefully chosen furniture and nice original features. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and dark and cool in the room at night. The two best things about the Riad Maison Aicha are: 1. The location. You are right on the edge of the Medina, so it is only a short walk to the Souk, Jemaa el-Fnaa, Jardin Majorelle, and other amazing places. It really feels like everything is right on your doorstep. 2. The staff. Anouar (I hope I spelled that right) is very welcoming and friendly and super polite and helpful. We had some nice discussions and he offered useful local knowledge and advice.

It would take very little work to give this place a bit of a freshen-up. The building is hundreds of years old so of course modernisation would be a shame, but it would be very easy to do little things like tightening up the taps which are loose on the sinks, a bit of plaster here and then, straightening up some wonky doors, etc. If you are a light sleeper like me, ear plugs are a must as although there is no noise from outside, the sound travels from the other rooms extremely easily.

I chose to stay at Riad Aicha largely because of the manager, Said, whom I had the pleasure of meeting at another riad previously. His current riad turned out to be in the perfect location for my needs. I arrived during very hot weather, but the riad was pleasantly cool, and the air conditioner in my room worked exceptionally well. The room itself was spacious and featured a traditional Moroccan bath tub, which I really appreciated. There is also a lovely terrace, and the riad is conveniently close to the market—just a 10-minute walk to the famous Bacha Coffee and museum, and near the souk as well. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Our host, Anouar, was absolutely amazing. So helpful and lovely to deal with. Breakfast was delicious and the roof terrace was beautiful. We had booked lots of trips before we arrived, but we would have been better letting our host help us with that! Location was great, about 15 minutes from the souks. A few lovely restaurants nearby too, and Anouar has brilliant recommendations.

The rooms are a little smaller than they appear online, but they are very clean and beds and towels were changed every day which was amazing! Sound travels very very easily in the property, which was no issue for us but might be if you're a very light sleeper.

The bed was big and comfortable and our host, Anouar was very helpful. He even showed us the way to a photocopy story because we needed something. Also the breakfast was big and kept us full until lunch. I'm happy there was an air conditioning also. Furthermore, very nice terrace.

The room was small, with dim light and even though we were expecting a balcony, we had view at the patio. It was ok tho.

This room allowed us to dive into the Moroccan culture and experience an alternative way of living for about a week. The staff was exceptionally nice, accommodating all of our needs (a hair dryer, a kettle, and a heater) with a smile. We are very thankful to Anouar and his colleague for making our stay lovely. We felt very welcomed and safe. They also answered questions like where to get a SIM with mobile data, how to get to the Medina, transportation, and many more.

I booked this Riad after a horrible night at another Riad. I really enjoyed my stay at this Riad. Siad was extremely helpful. He went to the bus station to check if this station is the right one. Also my phone charger stopped working and he hurried to the shop to buy me one and he really saved me. The Riad was very clean, relaxing so I really can't fault Thanks 👍

Some noisy guests through the night but i don't think we should blame the riad for it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Riyad Aicha in Marrakech, where my exceptional hosts, Anouar and Torya, made my experience truly unforgettable. Their assistance and friendly nature really added a personal touch that set this guesthouse apart from other places I've stayed at. The accommodation itself was clean and cozy, and every detail was taken care of. Anouar and Torya's thoughtfulness was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the well-maintained rooms to their readiness to help with any questions or needs I had. Their warm and welcoming personalities made each day more enjoyable, and I found myself looking forward to our interactions. The hotel is in a good location, all attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom had a shower with warm water, the pressure was not strong, but it was possible to take a shower. Also, we were impressed with the breakfast, it was very good! I would like to say a special thanks to the staff, namely the young guy who met us perfectly, helped us, answered all the necessary questions, and quickly responded to our requests. Minor disadvantages: in the bathroom it would be great to fix the sink and faucet. Also, since this house is a Moroccan Riad, the room had very good audibility, if someone is talking or coming into the hotel at night, it can disturb your sleep. Overall, we were happy with our stay at this place!

Service and friendliness, like a second home.

It wasn't bad per se, just the wifi that wasn't as strong. The electric would come off once a day for like 10 minutes (not bad! just something to know if you're doing really important work, and I didn't really). And I guess the lighting was pretty dim in my room, but wouldn’t complaing otherwise!
