The staff were brilliant offering a high standard of service. Breakfast was great lots of it, not British style which was nice to be treated to local style breads etc. Hassam couldn't do enough for us. The maids looked after the room very well, keeping it very clean, providing fresh towels and making the bed.

The beds were quite hard for our liking and the pillows could be better they were a little thin. We overcame the hardness by requesting another duvet to lie on which help a bit. It would also be very welcome to have a small fridge in the room to store water in.

It would have been useful to have been provided with a map of the medina on arrival. On paying the bill we were hit with a surprise 10% charge to pay by credit card. This did not happen anywhere else and had we been informed in advance could have paid cash. This changed my overall rating from 10 to 9.

The location of the riad was very convenient, it was near a parking and the main road. We did not need to venture in the maze of Marrakech. The riad is in the centre of the city so everything was pretty much at a walking distance. Staff was very kind and there was no curfew on the time we could enter the property. Breakfast was very traditional and consistent, also freshly made

Great location at an extremely fair price. Staff were excellent and helped us with bag storage and transport. Special mention to Aziza and the guy (sorry did not catch the name) who helped us check in and served breakfast every day. Riad is clean and traditional. We stayed in both the standard and the supior room. In my opinion the additional cost of the superior room makes your stay that little bit more enjoyable.

Roof top area could be improved a little. However as this stay was off season, I guess not many residents make use of this space.

The breakfast and dinner was excellent. Gerard the night receptionist was so friendly and helpful. He always had a smile on his face no matter what time of the day or night. Rooms very comfortable. Location great a few minutes walk to sukes. Not noisy. Taxi outside door.

More savouries for breakfast

Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Very quiet at night. Good value for money. You felt like you were staying with family.

Our room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures. Clean but in need of some TLC. The Riad was a bit hard to find at first as it's off on a side alley. Once you know where it is, you're fine, but that first arrival...

Great staff, big breakfast! And lovely room. The Riad is close to the main square but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the Riad, however I didn’t like the scooters whizzing past me all the time in the thin streets of the old town!

The staff went above and beyond to help and were so friendly. Riad was in a perfect position, about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the square. Will definitely book again without a doubt

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing really helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable would definitely recommend this riad. Location was perfect close to the square but still quiet. Would definitely stay again.
