This was one of, if not the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole place was spotless & was decorated beautifully. The roof terrace was wonderful, a perfect place to come back to and relax and lovely to have breakfast on. We were a big fan of the location - it felt like a safe area and was just outside of the busy souk streets, so an easy short walk to shops/restaurants whilst not being loud and overly busy which we preferred. The breakfast was a highlight, really generous portions and everything was delicious and felt really fresh. We also had dinner in the hotel one evening cooked by Fatima, which we would highly highly recommend as it was fantastic and good value for money. The staff were another highlight - we had a terrible journey over (snow in England caused delays) and Pierre was super responsive and helpful whilst we figured things out. All the riad staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and were lovely. They also spoke great English which was really helpful. Thank you Pierre, Fatima, Med and all the other staff for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic property (decorated with exquisite taste and style), staff are good as gold and location could not be more perfect (slightly tucked away for peace and quiet but very short walking distance from everything worth visiting)! The riad owner is an absolute star and will go above and beyond to make sure you're looked after.

Beds were not exactly the comfiest? Bear in mind, my partner and I work at a mattress company so we're a bit spoiled in terms of sleep comfort but they could definitely do with switching to a better mattress. My partner struggled to get to sleep on some nights..could just have been our room though! It's also probably not the place for you if you want to lounge or plan on spending too much time at the property, since it doesn't have a pool or too many 'relaxing' spots.

Fantastic little quaint Riad situated in the medina!!!! Pierre our host went above and beyond during our stay, only being a phone call/text away to help with any queries. Ahmad and Mohammed at the riad were amazing friendly faces and nothing was too much for these guys. We had a meal at the riad the night we arrived in Marrakech cooked by the lovely Fatima and it was delicious, and it certainly was the best authentic Moroccan meal we had during our whole stay in Marrakech. Tasty breakfast each morning.

It’s a very authentic Moroccan experience so not for anyone who is looking for modern touches to their property such as a television. However there is air conditioning in the room to help with hot days/nights.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience staying at this riad in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and kindness, they welcomed us with delicious treats and refreshing water, which was the perfect start to our stay. Our room was stunning, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The air conditioning was a welcome touch, especially after exploring the city. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, which had a relaxed, chill vibe and was simply gorgeous. Fatima’s cooking was out of this world. Every meal she prepared was a delight, and we genuinely looked forward to each bite. Breakfast was a feast: tortitas, mint tea, and a variety of delicious options that made it feel complete and indulgent. Pierre, the owner, was always available to help us and patiently explained everything we needed to know. We were offered airport pickup and drop-off, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. On our last day, one of the staff members even printed our plane tickets for us, such a thoughtful gesture that saved us time and worry. We also tried the hammam for the first time, and it was a deeply relaxing and memorable experience. This riad exceeded all our expectations. It was not only beautiful but also filled with warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here, it will truly elevate your trip to Marrakesh.

Loved everything. Riad Dar ChaCha has everything you need and more to stay in Marrakech. It’s truly an Oasis in the heart of the city. Fatima, Muhammad, Pierre and the team made our stay warm and welcoming! Breakfast was second to none every morning and fresh juices after a long hot day were the best breakfast welcome back! Thank you ever so much - we have already recommended this place to friends and we hope we get to return in the future.

WOW WOW and again WOW. If I could give more than 10/10, I would. The first night we had a dinner made by Fatima and it was just the perfect start of our holidays. Every single person who works there is so kind and helpful.( Ahmed, Mohammed,…) The Riad is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Pierre really helped us with everything we needed even if there was a last minute request we had. When I was looking for riads often I saw bad reviews from other riads saying there was no hot water, no hangers,… this was not at all the case in riad dar chacha. Always hot water, a nice closet to hang your clothes, good airconditioning. The rooms only had a small lock but to be honest I wasn’t worried about that at all because everyone there is so honest and nice. Every time we came back in the afternoon we were welcomed with a refreshing juice as well. There is not even one bad thing I could say about this riad.

Initially, we were a bit apprehensive, as we've experienced places where the photos didn't match reality. However, our stay here was a delightful surprise, exceeding all our expectations! Fatima and Ahmed were absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive, always offering us tea or fresh juice. The breakfast was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus, the location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the Main Square Jemaa El Fna.

To make an already excellent stay even better, we suggest adding an outdoor sign on the door; we weren't sure if we were at the right place when we arrived. Also, for breakfast, offering smaller portions of items like butter, cream, and jellies initially would be great. This would help prevent food waste, as we could always ask for more if needed.

It was our first time in Marrakech. A beautifully decorated ( authentic but modern) and spacious Riad was beyond our expectations, it was so nice staying there. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the Jemaa El-Fnaa & tin smith square, Bahia palace, secret garden& El Badi palace. Pierre was kind enough to welcome us on the phone and gave us lots of useful information. Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice, it is done so tastefully, it's an oasis just chilling out in the afternoon. They served us a freshly squeezed juice on our return in the afternoon which was so refreshing after walking in the hot sun. All the staff were friendly and helpful, thank you. We highly recommend it, 11 out of 10!

I would highly recommend this Riad if you are planning to stay in Marrakech, it is absolutely beautiful, centrally located right next to the souks and only a short walk to the main square. The owner Pierre was a fantastic host who welcomed us and helped us plan all of our trips and nothing was too much to ask. The staff at the Riad were equally as kind, friendly and hospitable. We had the chance of eating at the Riad and ended up eating there twice due to how lovely the food was, all food is homemade by Fatima who works at the Riad on the day. The best meals we had in Marrakech. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Riad Dar Chacha! The service was exceptional everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The entire place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. On top of that, the location was perfect central, safe, and ideal for exploring the area. I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and hospitable place to stay. I would definitely come back again!
