The owner and staff at this hotel were always friendly and happy to help us. They gave us a good overview of the city and helped us organize airport transfers and anything else we needed. They made us feel very welcome and almost like family. The rooms were spacious with A/Cs where we could set the temperature to what we wanted. The Riad was beautiful and in a quiet location about a 3 minute walk off a main path in the Medina which was the perfect location. The Riad had a porter to help us with luggage and made us wish we could stay longer with them.

I can't think of anything I didn't like at the moment.

First time my wife and I stayed in a riad. We loved it. The manager, Valeria (sp?). was excellent. On first day she explained everything we needed to know. She was always there during the week to help us or answer any questions. We also met the Italian owners, who were great to talk to. Funny. The Riad itself is beautiful. We had breakfast daily, which we enjoyed. Mint tea on demand was great. My wife went to the Hammam and said it was fabulous - one of the best things she has experienced. Our room was so quiet. Cleaned perfectly everyday.

We didn't communicate early that we would like to go to restaurants that are more authentic (used by locals). Once they realized this they then recommended better restaurants, not necessarily in the medina.

This riad exceeded all our expectations. We appreciated the initial greeting and introduction to the property and surrounding area, and it set the tone for the remainder of our trip. The food is delicious, with many choices and varieties - even for vegetarians! And although the riad itself is a beautiful, calm respite from the hectic medina, the staff are the top draw here. They are warm and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to be back in Marrakech.

The breakfast was amazing, lovely fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs and breads. The rooftop terrace is so peaceful, providing a place to escape the crazyness of Marrakesh. Lunch was fantastic, so good we had it twice in 3 days - and an evening meal (also excellent). The quality of the Riad - building, furnishings and deco is superb! The time spent with us on arrival, explaining the Moroccans, the culture, food, activities, museums, resturants - enabled us to feel safe, supported and get the best from our short visit. Thanks

The bed mattress was a touch firmer than i would choose - but in the context of everything else that is so tiny its not an issue. It didnt stop me sleeping :)

We could not have been happier with our stay at Riad le Clos des Arts. The staff were among some of the friendliest, most attentive and lovely people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, as well as going out of their way to make us feel safe as two female travellers (meeting us at the car drop off area and offering to come and meet us on the main road after dinner etc). The Riad itself was absolutely stunning - a true oasis amongst the bustling streets of Marrakech. We particularly enjoyed the area of the Medina that the riad is situated in - slightly quieter, but with gorgeous shops, delicious restaurants and fun rooftop bars - and only a 5 minute walk into the main areas. The rooftop was a particular bonus, allowing us to soak up the final few days of November sunshine and we particularly enjoyed our breakfasts up there every morning! Our room exceeded all expectations - far bigger than we were expecting and gorgeous interiors. It really was such a treat stumbling across this Riad on Booking.com and we will be telling all of our friends and family to come here. We had the best stay of our lives at Riad le Clos des Arts. The location is excellent in the medina. You are minutes away from 2 of the best palaces in Marrakech, and walking distance from everything in the medina. The riad itself is stunning. Photos do not do it justice. The staff are *incredible*. Valeria, Denise, Issam, Sadik and Zakaria were out of this world. They’re super helpful with recommendations, getting your bearings and generally making you feel like one of the family. The rooftop is an oasis of beauty. There’s the dipping pool to escape the heat, the loungers for the sun. Breakfast in the sun, and dinner by moonlight. The food at the riad is, without any hyperbole, the best in Marrakech. Fresh home made meals that blow your mind. You simply must take advantage of the hamam on-site too. You won’t regret it. In short, we’ve never stayed anywhere like this before and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely everything was perfect here. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and well equipped. the riad is very intimate, and the hosts were so helpful in every way, giving advice, ordering taxis, bringing drinks - the service here is absolutely brilliant and made our stay perfect. The rooftop and swimming pool fabulous too. Breakfast was lovely too. We didn't eat dinner here but if we had stayed longer we would have, it sounded great. thank you for a wonderful stay! location is brilliant too, 5 mins from the main square.

A True Little Paradise – We Will Definitely Return! We stayed at Riad Le Clos des Arts in September 2024 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming – we felt at home right from the start. The riad itself is stunning, very clean, and the rooms are simply a dream. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and we loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace by the pool after exploring the medina. It was pure relaxation! The location of the riad is fantastic, perfect for discovering the city. A true little paradise in the heart of Marrakech – we will definitely come back!

It was a fantastic stay! Now the riad on its own is already simply stunning und just everything you hope for with it’s beautiful architecture and how it is decorated and taken care off! But what made the stay even more memorable was the wonderful team at Riad le Close des Arts. They made us feel at home right away and were super helpful in providing us tips, suggestions and supporting e.g. with restaurant reservations. Their attention to details and dedication was really impressive. I cannot wait to stay there again, and can highly recommend it to any visitor looking for a little gem to stay at!

The hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The riad was clean and well maintained, common areas including the roof were nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. The location of the riad was excellent - close to everything, yet quiet and calm inside. The meals were tasty with good portion sizes. In house hammam was convenient and massage was very relaxing.

The breakfast was the same every morning - varying the breakfast menu each day would've been nice.
