The Riad is enchanting & authentic,beautiful roof terrace..breakfast was scrumptious plentiful & the cooks & staff were so helpful with request of coffee & mint tea.which was so refreshing after a long day in the heat of the souks..All the staff were genuinely wonderful & kind,a big shout out goes to Lahcen who is a true gentleman & was always on hand to solve any issues that were presented to him..he was the heartbeat of Riad medina arts & suits & will be sadly missed by the Riad..& I wish him well for the future.

On checking out a different male manager with glasses who I had seen just once before asked for 42 dirhams for tax & pot of tea which was billed to me..I was happy to pay but the night before i was assured by the old staff I had paid my dues..it left a bitter taste in my mouth..& slightly spoilt my idyllic stay..it was not the money but the principal.bring back Lahcen..the rest of the lady managers & staff were absolutely wonderful & gracious..

The location of the Riad is amazing. The type of the architect and design is probably one of the most attractive things about the Riad. The stuff was nice and polite. The room on the rooftop was amazing, literally like in a nice 4 stars hotel room with daily cleaning. Breakfast was okay. Very authentic.

Probably the room on the ground floor is too old and definetelly small for 2 people. Needs some renovation with installation of new windows and doors, because soundproof is very poor and smells are coming from outside as well. Misscommunication with the management was also something, which made the stay harder.

Beautiful riad with small pool on the ground floor where you can relax any time. Nice details and design. Close to main square. Clean and comfortable. Regarding the staff - extremely professional, especially a "small army " of helpful receptionists who made our stay much easier and better. Helped us with many information and different favours. So, all credits go to lady Soukaina, night receptionist Besu Lahsen Eshref and the youngest one - Halim! Thank you guys so much for everything! We will definitely come back to see you again! Also, breakfast was great and on a beautifull terrace on the top of riad.

The Riad was great to stay in if you want to be very close to the main square! The staff were amazing! Overall the Riad was very beautiful and calm! We loved the ambience in there. The location was great and very close to the main square by walk. The Riad is a bit hidden and at first seems suspicious but over the days we got used to it. The room size was good for us as we travelled with our 4 years old toddler toddler. Breakfast was on the rooftop and had plenty of selection available.

The bathroom needs a bit of improvement. For the price we paid, I felt the bathroom did not meet the standards. The room was a bit too dark.The bed sheets need covers as the duvet was more or less provided by its own without any bedcover/sheet

The room and bathroom were quite big! The location is super convenient because it´s very central but in a quieter street so you do not hear any outside noises. The staff was very helpful with what we needed. The Riad was super aesthetic too.

The only downsides we found, I believe are not specific to this hotel, but probably happen in all Riads: 1- You can hear a lot of what´s happening outside your room and 2 - the rooms and the common areas are a bit cold (which I´m sure it´s a plus for someone that goes in hotter months)

Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and we never locked anything away and nothing went missing. These lovely people can definitely be trusted. Also a few minutes walk away from the square of Medina which is rich in culture at night.

Hard to say I disliked anything, the only criticism is that the beds are quite small in the twin rooms if you're a big guy. I'm 98kg and 6 foot 1, so I'm towards the average male size.

The room was just really good, with a small sofa for us to relax, TV, frigobar and a bathroom with hot water and all the amenities we needed. There was a swimming pool and a relaxing area around ti where we could just sit and chat. Breakfast was divine, the terrace where it was served was beautiful and I loved the fresh juices they had available.

Sometimes the hot water failed to come in from time to time, but it was not a big issue. They could just restock the breakfast more often, because a few times they ran out off eggs and juices and there was not more available.

Beautiful riad, the rooms were small but it didn't really matter because you are there for the setting. I didn't expect we could swim in the pool which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend getting their shuttle from the airport as its hard to find. They let us check out late because we had a late flight :) The riad felt like a calm and cool oasis after a very hot day in the souk!

The breakfast was a bit weird. Lots of pastries etc but all a bit stale. It was quite a random assortment of things. It was not clear what we could ask for (eggs, smoothies etc.) They have a driver but the price is the same (150dirham) regardless of distance

The lovely Riad is located just a five minute walk away the central plaza Jmaa el Fna. The whole Riad as well as our room show a very nice and tasteful decoration. The roof terrace is great for breakfast. The choice of the food offered was extraordinary. The staff was wonderful and their transportation service from the airport was perfect. The pool was perfect for cooling down after a long sightseeing day. Great value for the money. Highly recommended, will definitely come again.

Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but it sounded decent and similar to other riads we have stayed in. Thought the bed could have been a bit comfier as was two single beds put together as one. Bathroom was great. Staff were friendly. Would happily stay again.

Not much. Was great for what we needed. Will be on the list to stay at the next time we come to Marrakesh.
