The room Al Azrak is truly stunning! It feels like you are staying in a palace and the bath is spectacular after a long day exploring Marrakech and Atlas mountains.

The service was confused at times as the Riyad only has four rooms and works mainly as an Italian restaurant. We asked for certain times for breakfast to be served because of a trip and leaving for the airport and both times it was served 15-20 min late, so we only had 10 minutes to eat. The breakfast was very repetitive and pastry heavy (you get six for people). I would recommend having a breakfast menu with a few options for the guests to choose from. The room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, but they changed the towels on request, which worked for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad in the heart of the Medina, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Medina, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's vibrant streets and attractions. The riad itself was beautiful and lived up to the photos online. It had an authentic Moroccan charm, with intricate décor and a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager gave recommendations for places to visit, and Simon, in particular, was exceptionally thoughtful and provided outstanding service. As mentioned on the riad's website, there is a restaurant on-site, open from 7 PM to 11 PM. This didn’t bother us, but for those looking for complete peace and quiet, it’s worth noting that there will be some activity in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this riad and hope to return soon!

The place itself is incredible, it’s a beautiful well maintained palace which makes you feel like royalty. The swimming pool itself is the stuff of dreams. The best part is the service, they’ve only got a handful of rooms so you get to know the staff well and nothing is too much trouble for them, from helping with a taxi or preparing milk bottles for the baby. The Italian restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious (and this is coming from an Italian ;)), and the proximity to the rooms means that we could put the kids to bed and enjoy a romantic date night while being only 30 seconds from the kids.

I was met from my transfer taxi by the manager of the Riad who brought to the accommodation where I was offered Moroccan tea and little pastries on my arrival. From the outset, every member of staff was kind, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, but I had to tell staff to bring less of it as I could not eat everything on offer. Staff also helped with directions, recommendations, bookings and arranging taxis. The Riad has a hammam on site and an excellent restaurant that serves both Italian and Moroccan cuisine. The decor was very traditional and was a very pleasant change from an impersonal or international hotel

The restaurant is a positive, but as it was just below my room, there was noise from it until about 11.00pm, so not possible for an early night! Because the riad was a private residence and they have successfully kept it as close to it's original state, there is no walk in shower, rather a shower-hose attachment in the bathroom. This is a little inconvenient, but a minor issue compared to all the positive points.

We went to three different riads on our Marrakesh trip. The staff at Riad Al Moussika were absolutely incredible. Hassan, Mohamed, and Tawfiq were all fantastic. My wife and daughter were fasting and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate their dining schedule. We were almost embarrassed at how helpful they were. It is worth noting that the Riad is organized around a restaurant called Pepenero. The restaurant is very popular, and as a result, there is lots of action and it is quite lively during the evenings, which we personally loved, but it is something to keep in mind in terms of what to expect. The location is perfect in being out of the way of the hustle while still close to everything. The room we had was off the library. It was bright and beautiful, with a room within the room where my daughter slept.

Beautiful riad with only 4 rooms. Room is richly decorated with Maroccan traditional motifs and details. The staff were all very nice and attentive to your needs. The airport pick-up at 150 dirams is a good idea since the driver and riad receptionist will coordinate directly with each other to pick you up at the nearest car parking place. They also help carrying your suitcases into the alley. Otherwise, it would be difficult to find the riad yourself, whilst carrying heavy suitcases. The Italian restaurant Pepe Nero is on the same venue so you can eat late at night if you don't go out. Food is good but on a pricier side (relative to other options).

You can hear noise and music from the restaurant downstairs. Most of the time they stop around 10pm-10:30pm but can last a bit longer if there is a party/celebration dinner. We sleep late so that's not a problem for us (and we knew from previous reviews). But if you are an early or light sleeper, this might be something to consider. Also, the lighting in the bathroom is quite dim, difficult to do make-up or put your contact lens on.

Riad Manager Mr. Hassan and his team are exceptional. They are very kind and attentive to the guests. They offered suggestions for a more enjoyable visit. Mr. Hassan is very hands-on, like drawing the route on the map, so I will find what I'm looking for. As a solo traveler, my safety was their utmost concern. Twice a Riad staff member escorted me to my tour meeting point as it was still early and dark. Mr. Simo had to wake up early so I won't miss my tours. I was looked after well from the moment I arrived until I left. The Riad prepares hearty breakfast. Pepenero Restaurant offers delicious Italian and Moroccan dishes. I just left but miss the Riad and its team already. I think of Mr. Hassan as a newfound friend. I look forward to my next stay and visiting them.

Fantastic stay! Really above my expectations! Property is so beautiful- garden, rooms- from the moment you step in- you feel tucked away in the culture of Marrakesh. They only have 3 rooms- which makes traditional riad experience even more authentic! Service- once again all the team went above and beyond to give top notch hospitality. Whatever it was- taxi, local sim, walking in the night to make sure I get safe from taxi to my room- really was amazed by the kindness of the team. Location- very convenient- only 2min walk from where taxi can drive in the Medina, max 10 min walk to main square and also other points of interest easily reached by foot. The room was spotless clean and everything you need is there. And of course a pretty rooftop to catch some sun! Big thank you for short but really amazing stay!

It's a personal thing I guess- but when I have 2 single beds connected and then u have a space in between during night- I do not find it comfy.

We stayed in the blue room, beside being a huge one it featured a very high ceiling and a lavish decoration (indeed the level of decoration was nearly on par with what we've seen in some palaces), which all contributed to a feeling of exclusivity and authenticity. The room featured three windows opening into a lovely courtyard that operates as a fancy Italian restaurant during evening hours and a direct access to a rooftop terrace that can be enjoyed on a sunny day or a warm night. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, besides, soft drinks and tea and coffee with Moroccan delights had been included with our stay that came as a nice surprise. The management and the stuff were extremely welcoming and supportive.

We loved everything. The only thing I could mention is that the bathtub was so huge, that once we've tried to fill it up, the hot water run out before it was 30% full, but that was of minor concern for us.

The entire property is stunning and very well maintained! The green suite was amazing, so spacious & gave us a uniquely Moroccan experience which really made our trip even more special. Hassan, Said & the rest of the staff were extremely kind and hospitable. They helped us with taxis to and from the airport as well as coordinating with the tour group from an excursion we had booked. We also booked the Hammam and massage which was really well done and definitely worthwhile. The location of the Riad is also very convenient, 10mins by walk to most places in/around the Medina and very close to a taxi drop off/pick up point. Highly recommend this place for your trip to Marrakech!
