Really good location, staff and condition. Good experience in the desert.

We paid 2 nights, and we could chose where to spend them. We chose 1 night in the hotel and 1 night in the desert. The hotel notified us saying the transport to the desert was not included and we could talk when we arrive to the hotel. After that, we were told the transport to the desert was 150€, and includes a little tour in the desert dunes. The tends are about 5 kms to the hotel. If you want to sleep in the desert, make sure the transport is included and you don’t get extra charged.

Our stay at the riad was an absolute delight from start to finish. Right from check-in, Youssef and his team welcomed us warmly, making us feel truly at home. Their friendliness and genuine helpfulness made our stay exceptional. The breakfast they served was beyond impressive—each morning was a wow moment, setting the perfect tone for our days. In a moment of distress when my car got stuck in the sand, Youssef came to the rescue within minutes after I reached out to him. His swift assistance in getting the car out was a lifesaver. When I tried to inquire about costs, Youssef's only concern was our safety on the road. The rooms were spacious, adorned with beautiful furniture, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I can't recommend this riad highly enough; it's an experience that's bound to make anyone's stay memorable. I'm already planning my return—100% sure I'll be back. A truly beautiful riad offering plenty of space to relax. We had a large room with a stunning view of the desert. The breakfast was very varied and more than plentiful. There were many Dutch couples and families, which made it extra enjoyable for us. Mustafa, one of the staff members, took excellent care of us.

The manager of this riad did not come across as friendly to us. Also, the accommodation had advertised a baby bed, and this was also confirmed again in the chat. Unfortunately, they did not have one after all, and we had to create a bed for our baby by ourselves.

Beautiful hotel. I think we are so lucky to get the best room which has a balcony in front of the dessert. They staff is nice and took time to tell us all the informations. The breakfast is amazing! the best out of the whole trip! everything was so fresh and even the Tajin egg!

The person serve in the restaurant is a kind person, but he likes to talk too much, which we feel a bit disturbing during our breakfast or dinner. In the room, we only miss a kettle, and the water is not refill after first check in. Although we could asked the staff to bring us thee or water, but it will be charged.

The traditional marocan decor is breathtaking and the service was amazing ! We arrive way in advance for our check in due to our overnight Supratour bus and Youssef has been able to give us a room for us to relax/sleep while we waited for the check in time.

It's a very small detail, but maybe just the quality of WIFI...but again... When you think about it...you are in the middle of the desert...You should expect that. So it's really NOT a disappointment !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad! Everything looked super stylish, there was a great pool, and you could look straight into the desert. The food was really good and what made it excellent were all the great staff members working at the Riad. They were super friendly and helpful. Thanks again Youssef, Mustapha and Ismael for the great stay. We already booked a dessert camp for the next day but you can also book this via the Riad. We decided to do a sunrise in the desert on a camel, which was great to start the day with. If you go to Merzouga, this is the one to go! Enjoy your stay 😊

We had a lovely stay at the Suerteloca Merzouga. Although we were only there for one night, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The new family room was spotless and well decorated, with comfortable beds and warm blankets. The location at the sand dunes was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Youssef the manager was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a delightful surprise with fresh orange juice, crepes, pancakes, bread, a variety of jams, fresh coffee and of course Moroccan tea! Even though our stay was short, it left a lasting impression. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Merzouga desert.

We stayed one night: spacious room for 3 people. Bathroom is spacious, has hairdryer and shower gel. A/c did its best in July at +42 Celsius. There is a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. Small Dunes start right at the backyard. Very picturesque. We arranged a camel ride to see a sunrise (20 euro per person). Don’t miss this experience. We were only 2, a guy with camels was waiting for us right at the backyard of the hotel and brought us to bigger dunes. We saw bigger groups on other dunes (like 10 people). But we enjoyed our private tour.

We arranged a dinner in a desert camp. We liked the meal. But we were waiting for too long for berbers to bring us there and then we were waiting for them after supper to come and sing and play music (maybe a good hour). They came heavily drunk. Even though we were told that we could leave whenever we wanted, we couldn’t because we had to wait for these berbers to finish the show for other guests (as they were driving us back to the hotel). Then they wanted to bring us to ride the high dunes, but at 1am it’s not an enjoyable experience. We just wanted to go to the hotel to sleep.

The Riad is, in fact, a Beautiful Kazba located on the outskirts of the desert, very spacious and beautifully decorated in the Moroccan style. Our room was enormous and spotlessly clean. The gardens and swimming pool were well taken care of. The food was delicious and served in uneatable quantities. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the host arranged for us several unforgettable attractions:-) We had a perfect stay and good rest.

We really liked our stay. We arrived really late due to a flat tyre. Fortunately the crew was still able to make a dinner for us. Right next to the hotel (back yard) starts the dessert. Nice pool.

Even with the instructions it was really difficult to find the location in the dark. So try to arrive during sun light:) We booked a tent stay the night after that started at 5 o’clock. We wanted to stay longer in the hotel but it wasn’t the easiest negotiation. It was possible until 3 o’clock.
