Fantastic hotel located straight on the beach and next to corniche with access to dozens of facilities and attractions. The hotel has amazing views to the ocean and features very big swimming pool. The service is extremely nice and quick, doing their best to attend to your needs. In short: fully recommended as it has all what is needed for an unforgettable holiday.

Very good territory, swim pool, public beach access. The room was good, but not perfect. Got an extra bed without questions. Breakfast was ok, you could find something to eat. Big parking lot.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Public beach is a public beach, was not in a season, a lot of local guys playing football. Could be cleaner.

The rooms were very big, modern and clean. The swimming pool is great. Some of the staff members took very well care of us (Mr. Amin, housekeeping and reception, when our daughter was ill - choucran). We also loved discovering Mohammedia and taking a short train ride to explore Casablanca from there.

The breakfast is below the standard of the hotel. They refresh the towels daily ... but the issue was that during 48 there were no replacement towels available. Miramar beach was crowded and dirty, but then again, lovely in the early morning.

The staff speak only a little English, just basics For access to the beach you need to ask at the reception but access back in it's not guaranteed as nobody is at the gate. The pool it's only open until 8:30pm which it's a little bit disappointing The surrounding is very crowdy and a bit dangerous, you will have to pay more attention to your pockets than enjoying the beach The beach it's very dirty, lots of rubbish, broken glasses and dead rats.

Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long, the young guys that work there are careful. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)

The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is very slow, everything takes o lot of time. Access in the evening is difficult, crowds of locals go to the beach and the road to the hotel gates is closed by the police

TV had no Netflix app. Breakfast was OK, but one morning a lot of food was either not available or not fresh.

Everything was great, breakfast, the room is wide and clean, the service was great, the view of the ocean was wonderful, we did enjoyed our stay in Avanti. Thanks Avanti for the hospitality and for making us feel safe and comfortable.

the location is awesome, place is lovely and i love to walk around the hotel and the plage is very cool and people so friendly and safe for family.

breakfast is the same everyday , they need to change it or add some other dishes. For water, usually most of hotels giving 2 bottles of water 500 ml but they are giving 1 bottle of water 200 ml , so i have to but water everyday !!

The location to the beach and the pool. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was free and in an open secure car park. Wifi just ok.

No room service via the in room phone, I had to wander around the resort to find someone even for water. The front desk kept telling me that just call room service instead of just organising themselves which was poor customer care imo. Our stay was during Eid Al Adha so they may have been short staffed. Expensive restaurant but good food, especially the fish tagine.

Everything was very nice. This is my second stay this year. I will ask for a room further away from the Disco as I am an older gent, but really like the hotel and area.

My room was to close to the disco. Music kept me up Friday night.
