I was on my own and the staff were lovely. So helpful with sorting my taxi for when I moved on. Felt safe in the room, great size very clean.

Totally not the fault of the staff and probably a one off but got woken up at like 5am by a woman shouting.

The breakfast was fresh and there was a lot of items. I had omelette with salad, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, honey, jam, pastries, mint tea and some Moroccan traditional food. The service from the front desk was 5 star quality. I think the name of the man is Issane. The room was clean, good size, bed was comfortable. No complaints or negative feedback to report. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the location but it's about 25 minutes from Ain Sebaa Train Station and maybe 15 minutes to the tram station. There is a supermarket and fast food chains close by like McDonalds and Burger King.

The hotel sits on a very very busy street and if your hotel room is facing that street then you will be up half the night listening to people honking like crazy because it's such a bad traffic area. If you do stay you must not get a room near the road. Other than that it was good. Also, the parking was limited as it is on the street. Overall it was a good stay.

The reception staff were wonderful. All my requirements were met and my questions were answered with open arms. The breakfast was very wonderful. I even thank the security guard at the door for the help. It is the only hotel in that area and I think the price is appropriate for that.

I had a fantastic experience, The place was immaculate, well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was convenient, and I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, modern hotel in mid-town Casablanca, away from the traffic craziness yet only 10 mins by car from the city centre. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast.
