The breakfast was ok - I would wish for more selection for the cheese platter. The coffee machine a bit slow or not enough when more than 10 persons are present. Bar staff was agreeable and nice (your colleague from the west of africa notably very courteous and friendly).

When I complained about the defective hairdryer (working but the button not manageable in a normal way) the maintenance had to be called 3 times before appearing. Then the "repair" was that the button was stuck into the frame permanently and the unit to be started by the wall unit switch. That is not a repair, but a short-term solution. This is ok for a morning to be able to work with it - but in resume, the whole dryer should have been replaced, or repaired to the original functionality.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could wake up and go for my workout at the gym and still get breakfast with the ever smiling Sandrine and her colleague (forgot to ask her name) ready to assist with the menu or anything I needed. The peace and quiet in my room, I really don't regret my 5nights here, value for money,oh yess... Thank you

Just the last night I'm not sure wether some sewage system was being worked on at night cos the smell was just overwhelming I couldn't sleep but apart from that I truly enjoyed my stay. Will highly recommend

I had a confirmation that we can use the garage, but the security man (door at the reception ) repeated each time that there are no places dispo, even if we checked and found some places he said that they are reserved for the managers

the property was close to many coffee shops, meet amazing people at the reception such as Chaimae and asma for example when I requested a plug they assisted me, assisted me even with the luggage which it was not their job they made me feel home, they even informed me I needed to move floor due to maintenance and they given me a better view, would recommend staying in the same hotel to everyone it’s the best hotel in mohammedia with great price and great food and great environment and entertainment, the staff was kind, caring always ready and to assist me no matter what time it was have been staying in the hotel since 2019 would never move or change my hotel and would give a 5 star rating

the only thing which I did not like in the rooms was there was no water pressure so if I have to clean my self need to use the shower

CHAIMAE during my stay I had a standard room with an amazing view of the sea, when it came to change my room they informed me at 3 pm while I was waiting like a headless chicken she got me coffee and a couple of Moroccan snacks they were so delicious, she always knew my requests even I had a lot of requests but always smile and gave them to me and while her duty finished she made sure that my room was ready and checked in and then left from work, when you come to the check in desk she always makes you feel home and happy trust me she is the most friendly person you ever meet and made me smile and laugh and always had time for the guests no matter what and I appreciate her patience and time

the only issue was without a water sprinkler in the room

This is not first time to stay in this hotel. In general I like it. Very clean and comfortable. But as I said before that it is really wrong to put the bar in the entrance of the hotel.

Unfortunately, I have sent several emails to solve the problem but none has been replied to my emails. That was really bad. Also, there is no water in the toilet for us as an Arab Muslims.

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable about things. She was a big plus in our stay.

Only once coffee machine at breakfast. It takes forever to get a coffee because of the long line for it.

All the staff were very helpful, supportive and smiling all the time. Ms. Asma at the reception was exceptionally helpful, a BIG thank you! The entrance had minimum steps to enter the Hotel, specially if you are traveling with special needs family member The rooms and bathrooms were clean, above average in Morocco Carrefour was only steps away and Paul café was very near as well

The area was a bit noisy, specially at night as loud music is played in the Hotel restaurants and if you are on the lower floor, you can hear all the noise on the street. Recommend to have noise proof windows on the lower floors. The entrance to the elevators area is with limited space. Recommend to have a dedicated individual to organise the crowd more effectively during peak hours.
