One of the best stays I’ve had in a while ! I had the pleasure of staying in one of their suites recently for a few days with my sister. The hospitality was phenomenal, the whole team was so lovely and no request was ever too much, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The food was great! You were never left needing more. Breakfast was plentiful and each day there was a mix of food options for both lunch and dinner, a blend of Moroccan and Japanese / East Asian influences. The hotel in itself is beautiful, clean and a lot bigger than I expected! They’ve really taken the time and care to curate a stunning space. From the interiors of the room to the landscaping of the garden and pool area it was treat to be around. I look forward to visiting again in the near future Inshallah :)

The most amazing stay so far in Morocco. We were warmly welcomed by the concierge staff right away as our driver parked the car, they literally ran over to help us with our luggage. Then we were greeted by the hotel manager and after some mint tea as well as the check-in process, he showed us around the hotel, as well as the facilities there. I can tell they are really proud of the establishment and the beautiful hospitality there. We enjoyed the view, the hospitality and the nice room there. We had dinner there and picked the Asian food choice (Thai spring roll and Thai rice), I would say the Thai spring roll was up to standard (from an Asian perspective), the rice on the other hand could be better if the rice can be cooked with slightly less water (the texture was like Japanese rice rather than Thai rice given the water used). Drinks were good too, I had a Gin Buck and it was good. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday as well as on our honeymoon, thus they even arranged a cake (though that was way too sweet) and dimmed the whole restaurant during dinner with a drum-accompanied birthday song to celebrate that with us. Guess my husband did have a memorable birthday in Morocco :) Breakfast is usual, coffee could be a bit nicer (now it’s just normal brew coffee not expresso) and eggs’ portion could be slightly bigger. Other than that I can’t find any negative parts regarding my stay! Thanks to all the hotel staff that helped us during our stay :)

Hotel is lovely and very nicely decorated. Room was spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed having a drink in the bar before dinner. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our room was a bit cold. We kept the heater on in the bathroom because it was really cold in there. You cannot take a shower without getting the floor all wet because there is no shower curtain. The food did not always come hot out of the kitchen. Our soup was room temperature and other dishes were just lukewarm.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make everything perfect for the guests. The view from the bedrooms is stunning. The decor is amazing, a mix of Morocco and Japan. The food was very good. The pool area was lovely.

Our bedroom (the Sun Suite) could have done with a small mirror on the wall in the bedroom which would have helped us 2 girl friends get ready when one of us was in the bathroom. We would also have liked more hanging hooks and hangers in the wardrobe area. It would have been good to order a meze type lunch that we could have eaten by the pool rather than the larger set lunch menu to be eastern in the restaurant.

We recently stayed at Kasbah Tamsna and had an excellent experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and offers all the amenities one could need. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay.

An elegant and tranquil hotel, with lovely staff. The pool area was an escape from the heat and dust of the desert, and our room was a good size - we had a balcony with a lovely view across the mountains. The restaurant has great breakfast, and a different 3 course set menu every night. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely incredible! We loved our time here. When we were planning our Morocco trip we knew we wanted to see Ait Ben Haddou. We thought about doing a day trip from Marrakech but decided to stay overnight. I am so glad that we did. Visiting this area and staying at Kasbah Tamsna was a highlight of our 2 week Morocco trip. The hotel is beautiful and it is a really unique experience to be staying in a more remote area. The rooms are all really modern and spacious. The pool area is an amazing place to relax and we were able to have cocktails in the pool. The staff are helpful, friendly and kind. When we visited there was only 4 other people staying because of the low season. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite. The suites were incredible and had fabulous views. I wish we had more time to spend at the property. If we were doing it again we would stay 2 nights. There are plenty of interesting shops around Ouarzazate to explore during the day.

The coffee wasn’t the best, but we only had one good coffee in our whole 2 week Morocco trip.

The welcome, the friendly staff, the pool, the amazing large rooms with exellent bedlinnens are true lux, architecture in old kasbah style outside, all inside is of top modern quality, also enjoy the benefits of the wonderfull Toto toilet 😜

I can continue only what was amazing, the Tinariwen music in the restaurant, the gym, for lunch we had the most tasty pasta bolognaise with a nice fresh frozen glass cold Casablanca, shukran 🙏🏼

This hotel was the absolute highlight of our Morocco trip! The room was generously spacious and the patio has a killer view of the stars at night. All the staff were super friendly. They would go out of their way to make sure we have a perfect stay. We didn’t use the pool as it was in November and the pool was not heated. But it didn’t stop us from enjoying the sun by the pool. If you are reading this, look no further. It’s gonna be an amazing stay at Ouarzazate!

Beautifully designed, the suite was spacious and comfortable with incredible views. The pool area was very relaxing and lots of shade provided by the olive trees. The staff and service were exceptional. The food was excellent with lots of variety. The town centre is easily accessible via taxi. Looking forward to coming back!
