I had a very cozy room . Studio apartment with terrace . Comfortable, clean , spacious , modern , beautiful … everything is right for me and my son . The reception staff are lovely . Big clap to Zakaria Cherkaoui, the front desk manager . He is sooo helpful, knowledgeable, kind , sweet and has a very good customer service Zakaria with his patience sort out my phone , helped me to install taxi app . He is a star. Zakaria and staff made me want to return to this hotel again . My son and I felt safe , comfortable and happy here. This hotel is in the perfect location. Easy excess to shops and tramway to take us to the Rabat Medina . Restaurants are nearby for a quick meal . Adil the owner of the restaurant/ cafe ( free wifi ) across this hotel , is another man to give a big clap to.

Nothing to comment negatively about the room or the reception area. My main concern is , taxis find it difficult to locate the hotel / building . Taxis with their navigator would stop outside of the road on the Main Street , not driving in the inner road to stop at the hotel . This is where their navigation ends . I think have a name of the hotel on the side wall entering the main reception door is a good idea so that guests and taxi drivers are able to see and locate the hotel from the main road/ street . The sign on top is not helpful because taxi drivers and guests cannot see from the main road / street

The staff was wonderful and always available. The room is very clean and quiet at night. The furniture is of good quality, and you sleep well. There is a safe, and the master bedroom can be locked if you simply want to have the living room and bathroom cleaned.

The receptionist staff were brilliant, especially Karima who was so professional, funny and helpful. The cleaning team also do a brilliant job and the rooms were spotless. They take their time, clean effortlessly and with a smile. Thank you.

The shower wasn't working properly, it needs fixing. Some of the lights were not working in the room. Also, I feel like the hotel should improve on the small things, provide tea and coffee in rooms, water maybe and something above a basic apartment. This lack of attention to small details is disappointing as the prices of the room is above average for comparable apartments in Rabat. A bit more attention from the management team to lift this from being a good comfortable place to stay to being excellent.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the stay feel special. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

The living room is nicely appointed and a door opens out onto my terrace. The large terrace was FANTASTIC! Great to get out there and relax in the fresh, cool air and breeze at the end of a day. The kitchenette is very complete and includes cookware, nice dishes, glasses, flatware, etc. The fridge is about twice the size of a regular hotel mini-fridge and has separate freezer - gets drinks really cold really fast. The bedroom isn't huge (none of the rooms are) but plenty big enough and very comfortable. The bath is small, too, but very up to date. With all tile floors, everything is very clean. The bath towels at this hotel are about the size we consider hand towels at hotels at home. And they don't seem to know what washcloths are - at least at this hotel and all hotels I stayed at in Morocco. The usual person at the front desk that I nearly always interacted with was always very helpful in anything I asked about.

I was overcharged on the very first charge from what was on my booking & confirmation. Then they charged me more at check in for taxes. Checking later, I found the taxes were to be included in the cost of the room as quoted on the confirmation. After admitting the error, the hotel promised to make a refund within 48 hours of my check out. It took a LOT of hassle and about 3 weeks to get the refund.

The staff - Reda was exceptional. He gave amazing recommendations for sights to see and places to eat. He stayed in touch, booked a car for us and ensured our safety and comfort. I can give him 100 stars for his service. Also loved Sukina on our checkout date. She asked for our feedback and was very sweet. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean.

The cleaning detergent in rooms was very strong. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels.

This place offered great value for the price. Although some taxi drivers had difficulty locating it, the suites were comfortable and impeccably clean, making our stay enjoyable.

The shower had temperature issues, with the water being either scalding hot or ice cold.

We stayed at this place before and were always happy with the cleanliness and condition.

No dedicated luggage storage room. Chairs in pretty bad repair. Kitchen isn't exactly fitted out ready to use, but good enough.

The place is located in a busy business district with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby including a large mall. Practical for a city trip and apartment possible to travel with children as a family trip. Parking options also possible on nearby streets.

Elevators was small but this can not be changed. All was good in general.

Location excellent and situated to many eating places and short walk to major mall. Tram only few minutes walk leading to many tourist sites so need need to rent a car. Very safe and the best of all is the Staff. Three men I would like to thank especially is Adnane, Zakaria, and Nordine. Adnane expecially made me fee welcome and assisted with suggested places to see, helped with translation, assisted with obtaining required PCR testing for my flight, and many other services at this Hotel. Zakaria and Nordine both made me feel welcome and assisted with what I needed at the hotel and surrounding areas. Also the cleaning staff were always help-full and understanding and flexible to clean the room. Please give them also my sincere thankyou....... This Hotel receives my 10+ Star rating and anyone looking for a Hotel .... this is the Go To place for travel.

I can honestly say nothing I didn't like but would suggest the following which are supplied in many USA Hotels; Shower Shampoo and Conditioner Face wash cloth Hair Dryer ( wall mounted ) Provide at front desk supplies that guests could buy ( i.e water, soda, chips, etc. )
