Gorgeous hotel on the Riviera, just 30 min drive from Rabat. We enjoyed the peacefulness and proximity to the beach. The hotel is itself very modern and clean.

The pool was not heated (around 17 degrees), which made it difficult to enjoy. In addition, sometimes we were left under the impression that the staff struggled to pay attention to all guests as the hotel was very busy throughout. For instance, on a couple of occasions, we had to call room service multiple times as basic facilities such as shower gel were not refilled upon cleaning the room.

I truly enjoyed staying here, the stunning location offers breathtaking ocean views that perfectly complement the serene and luxurious atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and provided the ultimate comfort, while the room service was prompt, courteous, and delivered delicious meals that added to the indulgence. From the exceptional service to the attention to detail, everything about my stay exceeded expectations.

The breakfast fell short compared to other Conrad hotels in the region. The selection leaned heavily toward French and Western options, with very limited representation of Middle Eastern flavors. This was a disappointment, as the richness and diversity of Middle Eastern cuisine present such a wonderful opportunity to elevate the dining experience. Incorporating more local and regional dishes would not only enhance the variety but also celebrate the culinary heritage of the region. It’s a shame that this aspect of the hotel didn’t live up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Conrad properties.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel was out of this world words cannot describe how amazing it was. From being met at reception by Nabij and his colleagues to the wonderful Sara on reception. What a welcome! The hotel and our room were amazing but better still was the staff. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming it was truly a wonderful experience. This was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend if staying in Rabat.

Absolutely nothing.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Arzana in Rabat, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and well-appointed rooms. The view from my room was stunning, providing a lovely backdrop for my stay.

The food quality and selection however were disappointing. The options were limited, and the dishes lacked flavor and variety. Additionally, I didn't feel like I received good value for money, especially given the level of service provided. The staff, while generally polite, could be more attentive and responsive to guest needs. In summary, the hotel offers excellent rooms and hotel facilities with great views, but the dining experience and service leave much to be desired.

The hotel is located in a serene and peaceful location. We liked the room, especially the spacious balcony and the view from it. The staff is very courteous. Our first cup of Moroccan tea after landing in Morocco was offered by the staff of this hotel at the reception as a welcome drink. The hotel faces the sea, we enjoyed breakfast outside with a nice view of the pool and the sea. We would especially like to thank Mr Nabil ( the hotel porter) who personally helped us with traveling suggestion to Tangier.

The prices of drinks e.g sodas are very high.

The staff was amazing; the entire staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, and to the car attendants! Awesome room, and super clean, with the staff coming in to clean twice a day! Will definitely stay there again!

The cost to use the hotel car to or from the airport, as well as to or from town, is way overpriced! In comparison, it is literally 10 times the cost of using a local taxi to get to these places. Please work on improving that! Also, not being a cat lover, a few stray cats roaming around made it a bit difficult to eat on the terrace enjoying the weather 🥲

From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable room service, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The valets, as well as the restaurant staff at La Brise and L'Oursin, were professional and courteous, making our dining experiences delightful. Additionally, the pool staff were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by the water. The breakfast buffet was copious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes, complemented by the magnificent view from the dining area. Special mention goes to the floral decorations and all the preparations made in our room to mark our special occasion. These thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. Overall, our experience at Conrad Arzana Rabat was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I booked this stay for friends celebrating their wedding, and they enjoyed it so much that they extended their stay. The room was beautiful, and Rajae was very helpful—communication was smooth and everything was well prepared.

Overall, everything was great, just a small note that some services like laundry are more expensive compared with similar establishments.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful, and the view by the pool is absolutely gorgeous – perfect for relaxing. The staff were all helpful, smiling, and friendly, which made us feel very welcome.

However, we did notice some disorganization during breakfast, which made that part of the stay a bit less smooth. Despite that, we had a great overall experience and will definitely be coming back!

Too many social media influencers by the main pools and by the restaurants
