The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the area for a friend's wedding and as a result, were in and out at all sorts of times with weird schedules. The staff we always incredibly friendly and helpful in everything from where to get local money, to taxis and room service and food out of normal hours. The room service was really good and the people were helpful on our last day of check out. The room was kept very clean whenever we were out and the flowers in the reception and views from top floors were fabulous.

The only thing we didn't get a chance to use the spa, gym or pool at all. We popped down to see what the facilities looked like and it all seemed clean and nice, but the pool room was really warm so we left quite quickly. We ordered some room service food and the fries were very cold, but apart from that small detail everything else was brilliant.

The staff was exceptional from the minute we arrived. Karimah in the reception arranged for easy and quick registration with a great wellcome drink of ice tea and morrcan sweets. Mr.Nabil front desk manager was helpful made our stay beautiful The Breakfast was amazing, staff and food The Spa ,massage for my wife was the best to finish our trip Thank u everyone in this exception Hotel

We had missing some amenities in Bathroom A simple call and they bring everything plus a nice bouquet of flowers as apology Thank u Sara

Overall, the hotel is amazing specialy by Rabat standards. Since its not known as a touristic city. Starting ,from the staff specifically Chaimae from reception and Rabha from the Hammam showed top level professionalism and performed greatly. Having them in the hotel alone is enough to make me comeback. In addtion to that, the vibe in general was fantastic. It was a mixture of modern and traditional architecture done right. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rabat.

If I had to be picky I think that a great wellness center such as the hotel's diservess a suana to complement it.

We booked transportation to and from the airport. A wonderful tone is set when picked up in a Maserati. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. While there were some limitations due to Ramadan, we were always happy when returning to the hotel. The proximity to food was also very good. The shower was amazing, and we had breakfast every morning.

The only minor negative was getting a consistent room temperature sometimes. The buffet for the evening meal could have been hotter. Also, some of the cakes served were dry. The elevator may be state of the art, but it is not very user friendly in our opinion.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The View Hotel in Rabat, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. Not only does this hotel offer breathtaking views, but the service I received from the receptionist, Moad, was exceptional. His warm welcome and attentiveness throughout my stay made it truly memorable. I highly recommend The View Hotel and commend Moad and nabil for his outstanding hospitality.

Perfect hotel! The best staff that I have ever seen. Nabil, a great guy that’s speaks Portuguese, helped a lot. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent room, big and new. Good location. Excellent Spa, I had a great massage. The gym is awesome, and Sokaina is a excellent coach. In short: Perfect.

The staff was very friendly. We stayed during Ramadan, room service of sehur was good. Special thanks to the staff at reception ( especially the one at our checkout time). No doubt beautiful view :) No doubt the best in Rabat. Would rate it better than Sofitel and Marriott.

Outstanding room and breakfast service. Personnel was also extremely nice and helpful. There was a little misunderstanding in a special request to change beds, but it was immediately sorted out. Thanks a lot!

A few items (supposedly included according to the booking website) were missing, but it was a very small inconvenience and did not affect our stay

Location was perfect for the business trip, staff was really helpful and cared about all aspects, especially Nabil, who apart from speaking perfect Spanish, even messaged me before my arrival and during my stay to welcome me and make sure everything was according to our expectations.

As of the first moment we were surrounded by smiling helpful staff speaking perfectly english as well as french. Great cuisine, tasty drinks served in lobby, constantly being asked how our stay could be improved, not monitoring beautiful view from the bar upstairs. Mangificient experience.

More precise monitoring of missing basic necessities (such as toilet paper,mugs...) would increase overall experience.
