I recently stayed at The White Palace with my brother, and once again, it was a wonderful experience—this was actually our third time staying at this hotel! The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Exceptional hotel. Definitely worth the price and I would recommend it. A place I would like to come back. My room was big. With lots of wardrobes. Complimentary coffee, tea, fruits and drinking water. Beautiful big bathroom. AC. Amazing big bed, impeccable bed linen with embroidery of Arabic motifs👌🏻 Big windows have sliding down shutters, this was amazing, because I like to sleep in complete darkness. What makes this place even more special- customer service. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was looked after with lots of care. Big thanks for Steven, Buttler Adil and the rest of the team. They made my stay special 🙏🏻✨ Hotel has restaurant with authentic Moroccan and Italian cuisine, there I was enjoying my breakfast and dinner. I hope to be back again soon. In Sha Allah

Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Rabat. If It would be possible we would rate the hotel with more than a 10 for various reasons: the incredible friendly reception staff ( Zak and Ayoub, we hope we wrote it right, otherwise please forgive us..), you made us feel like home and your attention to detail was outstanding, behind such a great staff can only be great owners, and here is not an exception, as we had the opportunity to meet them and they were really friendly too. Of course the palace itself is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at, ( and we travel a lot) apart from its beauty, we found the quietness that we needed to rest, if you think that it looks incredible in pictures, wait until you see it in person, it will take your breath away. Thanks to everyone for offering us such a good experience, creating an unforgettable memory from Rabat.

all was fantastic

I forgot my wedding ring in the bedside table. When I realized it I called them and they quickly sent someone to check and found the ring. For me this was invaluable and demonstrated their honesty and professionalism. There was no table in my room so they offered me the blue dinning room for me to work

It was located in a area which seemed private

Too many people at the front when entering the property during the day but that’s because it’s a cafe which is understandable, but not my preference

The staff were definitely the highlight of the stay! Zak, Nabil and Mohammed made me feel so welcomed and helped me with every small request. Nabil drove me anywhere I needed to go which I really appreciated as I was in Rabat for business instead of leisure. They are amazing hosts, they definitely deserve a raise! 💸

Unfortunately they did not have a restaurant at the property, I had to get a takeaway. The staff said this is because the hotel is new, hopefully there will be a restaurant in my next stay!
