Quiet neighbourhood, ca. 15min drive from the city center. Big shopping mall in 800m. Free parking. Spacious room.

Kitchen is not well equipped - some basic things like sponge, papers, cloth were missing. Just as were pegs in the bathrooms. We had a room on the 1st floor with a terrace, but it was inside the small patio with with neighbour windows overlooking you at a close distance. Not too cozy :(

I was afraid of the hot water because I read someone's review about it. But there was no need to warry. And the underground parking lot was very huge to park my big SUV. This apartment has an elevator from underground to my room. It was very convenient. Rooms were bigger and clean than I expected. If I have a chance to go to Rabat, I'll stay at this apartment again!

New blocks of apartments nearby Rabat center well served by wide avenues and in a quiet area. The apartment is amazing, new and well furnished with modern style and all needs for a perfect stay. Reception 24 hours open with 100% in availability, A special thanks to Mr. Abdullah who helped us o n all our requests. We will surely back again in the future !!!

The suite is very large and spacious, there are two bathrooms, and a large living area, very good stay for large groups or families. The staff is also very nice, the night guard helped us set up the Moroccan sims we got at the airport and fill our sim cards which would have been hard since the whole process was in French, it was a big help!

Amazing, stylish appartment, very spacious and clean. Private parking in the garage. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Very poor noise insulation. We were unlucky with too noisy neighbors (loud laughing and kid running and screaming till late night and then kid crying and calling for mum at night non-stop for almost 10 minutes before at last someone came up to him).

It was ana amazing stay. The upgraded my apartment and it was amazing sunny and all the amenities were there. It was clean and fresh i will definitely recommend it for my family and friends.

Regardless there’s lots of work going around but property itself and staff especially Mr Wadi Stayher was very pleasant & guide us through our trip. Property deco was very standard and well maintained.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The 24 hr security was great peace of mind although the area was lovely and we felt comfortable and safe the entire trip. I would highly recommend as a place to stay

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped for a family stay. The residence has guarded parking. The staff is very responsive and supported us perfectly during our stay.

Nothing special it’s was a good experience

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels on the bed were also very clean. There is a reception at the entrance and they are attentive. If you are in Rabat and have a car, you can stay comfortably.
