The location was good. The room defo was clean and modern.

Only thing I would say is not enough towels in the rooms.

I'd like to say my sincere personal thanks to (1) concierge Ayoub - he was my personal assistant all the time (I'd pay him but he didn't work when I checked out :-( (2) Front Office Manager - Naoufal - it happened that I applied to his help most often - he was sincerely extremely friendful and helpful; (3) Hatifa - serving my room 214 - she worked properly - very good! (Before her I saw how two young girls swept dust from tables and shells with a paper napkin... It was so awful....). The truth is that each member of staff works properly - they are friendly and ready to help at any moment. Deep "Thank you" - to everybody! I wish them all the best! Breakfasts - buffets - were absolutely perfect! I sounded some small suggestions to the kitchen's head.

I'd say that I have some small suggestions: (1) They don't have city maps! Tourists' maps are always informative and very helpful in choosing unknown but may be useful places around. As for Google - it cheated me seriously. 2GIS won't help you to get to know what is interesting around you. (2) They do not provide you with a list of TV channels - where to find what you could be interested in - which is quite inconvenient... (3) Nowadays there is a huge variety of showers and electrical equipment: that's why it could be desirable to provide a guest with hints on how to switch them on: otherwise, staying in the shower you have to go to the front office to ask - how to switch it on... The same - with electrical types of equipment...

great breakfast, tidy rooms, very friendly staff

This is a nice and modern hotel, with nicely furnished rooms. We found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms had a good size. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful - they helped change our rooms to the quiet side of the building, which I warmly recommend to any of my fellow-travellers to ask for in the booking process. The breakfast was simple but fine. The hotel also has a spa area with a pool; we would have welcomed a bit warmer temperature of the pool water. What we really appreciated was the central location and the proximity to a lot of restaurants and shops.

If we could express a wish, it would be that the pool water is a bit more heated.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr SOUFIANE at the Reception helpful and kind. The team of FLOWER TOWEN HOTEL is generally kind and supportive. The room dine in quality of food is high, and prices are acceptable. Rooms are clean, and furniture is good. I strongly recommend this hotel because of its quality of services, location, and affordability of prices. I’ll come back again and again, sincerely

I have stayed 50 days , started with booking 5 days to become 50 days staying and this is a big proof of how this hotel built a good environment for me to feel connected , home and comfortable to not think of leaving anywhere else . I advice and recommend anyone who searches for clean , organized , helpful , professional and friendly hotel .. come to flower town you will never regret. In rabat I have stayed in 3 hotels before flower town but I continued my stay with flower town as I felt comfortable . I have stayed in perfect location , clean and modern room , all rooms are same modern design and cleanness , I saw most of the rooms. no differentiation between clients. Room service daily with honest kind girls. You can blindly feel safe during your stay. Nothing moved from its place from my stuff during my stay . LAILa my room service she cared about me alot . They are not staff to me they became a family .. I never imagined that one day i will stay that long time in one particular hotel . They succeeded to make me stay more with their good hospitality and professional service . Everything was taken care of and a-lot of facilities, prices are acceptable . The staff didn’t deal with me as client , they took care of me and if am absent they ask about me and about my health. And always check if i need thing. At restaurant you can find variety of what you want with facilities , you can find the special Younes Ouikar , the amazing professional and cheerful person who turned from a helper, guide , to a really good kind friend. All credit goes to you my friend and big special thanks to you and your always support You helped me alot . Also ,Thanks to Noufel and Bouchra for their kind and cheerful greeting everyday and service.. they became friends because of their goodness. Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. In particular, Soufiane at the reception helped us a lot with recommendations on things to visit in Rabat, gave great restaurant suggestions and in general was very helpful. Another plus - great breakfast!

The Hotel is really nice, modern and well located. The pool is a great plus and the breakfast is really abundant. The reception employees were really nice and helpful, especially Ibtisam!

Nothing, everything was great

It was beautiful, clean, calm, and soooo comfortable. The location is amazing and it's so well connected to Agdal. The staff were so professional and kind. Anything and everything was taken care of. And the Spa!!! The pool and the gym were so good, but the spa made me fantasize about becoming a permanent resident. Plus, the food at the restaurant made it super easy for me to work remotely because I didn't have to venture far to have my meals.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was amazing.
