We had the penthouse suite which was spacious and for the most part clean. Kitchen has most necessities and the breakfast was pretty good as well. In close proximity to stores, Starbucks and a mall. Quick drive to the Medina, Mohammed mausoleum etc.

Shower in the on Suite didn’t drain properly, weak water pressure and no hot (only lukewarm)water. Second bathroom had a smell to it.

Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is great - in a neighbourhood with a variety of shops, restaurants and very close to the bus and tram stations. The breakfast was adequate.

The smoking in the hotel's restaurant and sometimes having cigarette smoke coming through our room's door. The temperature of the shower water is difficult to adjust - the hot water comes and goes.

The room was super clean and spacious, two TVs both with IPTV!! Location was great and wifi was good

The bathroom was soooo small could barely fit through the door of the shower, water pressure was med, would've preferred if the breakfast was a buffet but still good nonetheless.

Very well located, the breakfast options are diverse and the room is nice and cozy. The heating works very well for the cold nights. The best part of it is the location, a 2 min walk from the Fall ould Oumeir Street with many shopping options and 5 mins away from the tram station. Will definitely come back if the opportunity arises !

We loved having our breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The room was cleaned to perfection everyday. The parking is street parking but staff were there to assist by moving barriers. Great stay many thanks to all staff

I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. The suite was comfy and relaxing. I liked the design, the structure of the suite and the equipment. Also The staff was welcoming and helping.

We found a difficulty to find a suitable place for our car.
