The staff were the most efficient and friendliest I have ever encountered..Each member of staff was helpful and so courteous. Excellent breakfast with freshly made coffee..and Moroccan Tea..The Breakfast is run by a super efficient waiter who smiles at every guest..Lots of choices and freshly made omelettes...Leave room for the over supply of freshly made cakes!! The location was really central within a short walk of the Medina and all the small cafes and beautiful Ice Cream Parlours...Lots of restaurants nearby..

Absolutely nothing.

I always choose Hotel Al Mandari when in Tetouan. I love the Junior Suite on the top floor with the very large balcony and a view of the mountains. The rooms are very clean and there is ample hot water. The breakfast buffet has a large array of items to please everyone. The dining room staff are a great bunch of guys, very courteous and attentive. Front desk staff are also helpful and welcoming. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast spectacular, the location was very good , the hotel has some parking lots at the front and on a side of the building so you will have no problem to park outside. I recommend this hotel to stay in Tetuán.

If I have to say something, I'll say we didn't have wifi in all the premises, only in the room, but that wasn't a real issue. Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable rooms and bed. We chose the room with a terrace and it was a perfect view to the mountain and a blissful bubble of calm n comfort. A few minutes walk to Medina through the shops n cafes. Easy 5min walk to bus stop for your travels and the hot water was excellent. Included a hot breakfast with eggs (yes) and the usual pastries etc. staff were wonderful. Everything was easy. Highly recommended.

Solo motorcycle rider... felt bike was secure... parked in front of reception. Arrived after dark... but had a very warm welcome and very helpful with positioning bike to maximise security. Room was good for one person... great balcony... good shower... breakfast was excellent... great choice of hot and cold buffet... would stay here again on my way through. Thank you... Shkran... We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Al Mandari! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The rooms (top floor) were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of my mornings. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the locations (City center) I wanted to visit. I can't wait to return to Hotel Al Mandari for my next trip – it truly exceeded my expectations in every way!

The children room had a cigarette smell. No bath tube and swimming pool available.

The staff are great, very helpful and have great knowledge about the city they gave us a map of tetoun and told us the must visits, they food at the restaurant is very good and the hospitality of the team as a whole is amazing.

The river view, you cannot actually see the river but maybe because we visited in early summer so the level of the river is very low

The hotel is near the centre and about a 3 min walk. We could park across the road from the hotel , very convenient. The hotel room was so much bigger than we expected and comfortable. Excellent value for money. We normally stay in 4-5 star hotels but this was booked on the day and exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Tetouan, convenient for the CTM bus station. Great mountain views from the room.

The only difficult thing was the tea/ coffee machine at breakfast,, although they will make it for you if requested.

Good breakfast, got gluten and lactose free products, thank you! Location was perfect, you can take a yellow taxi cars takes you around center/area for 10drham if you share taxi I 6 Dirham, if you want to go to Rincón or Maril or other places outside the district it will cost you around 50 dirham if you are 2 persons otherwise you can share and will cost you around 9 dirham. Also we went with taxi to Cefeshaouen for only 210dirhem us only 2 persons and 35Dirham in a shared taxi. There aren’t so many good restaurants around, but I am sure you will find a good one for your teast. All stuff was very helpful. Specially Said, Rajae and Mohamad. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. We booked 3 night more, though it was not necessary.

The beds could be more comfortable only if they put a fin mattress top of the bed. We had back pain after 4 nights.
