Very big luxury room with good view, very good matrass, everything perfect in the room what you can imagine, including tasteful design. The receptionists are all very friendly. The white portuguese charming director was amazing; he personally cared about me because I had some requests where the locals were kind of not 100% able to deal with. He accompanied me to listen to my wishes and this was an outstanding experience I never had in my life. If you are sensible to noise make this sure in your booking request and they can fulfill it. There is only at some evenings a party at on end of the hotel, and not necessarily all night long, but make sure you do not have your room there when you want to sleep. Luckily, I did not have any problems. The location is perfect if you want to discover Baixa and the cultural options like Bar Gil Vicente and Goethe / Francophone Institute. TAXI TO AIRPORT WITH VIVA TAXI APP COSTS 435 MZN, dont let them cheat you.

the staff in the restaurant seemed to be incompetent in terms of advice regarding drinks, even they did not know how to make the alcoholfree cocktail on their menu and were not really customer oriented. no need to go there. If you want e.g. a wine, dont forget to buy one in the alcohol shop very close by on the other side of the street, the prices in the hotel are crazy. Although a lot of bookings, I did not really see/met a lot of new people there (didnt take breakfeast), seemed a bit anyonymous to me.

The comfort and space in the rooms in exceptional. The beds , aircon , bathroom are all really great. The option of a bar fridge is most welcome to keep cool drinks/water etc cold. Nice balcony. Safe parking onsite was most welcome. Staff in general are friendly.

The breakfast can do with a serious improvement. The options available and the very poor selection of items on the breakfast menu are terrible. The service and food on the 3rd day was shocking, being a Saturday morning, the staff were not interested in providing decent service. The 430 meticals room service fee is over the top.

Spacious Rooms, spacious Bathrooms with very large spacious Showers and Istinja hosse next to toilet. Comfortable Big Beds, Neat and Clean friendly staff. Not all staff speak English, so communication can be a challenge. Breakfast is quite basic with an adequate, good selection however there is no live egg cooking station. Loved the freshly baked Paste de Nadas. Supper at the Restaurant was excellent - the MSOT DELICIOUS Tyenric and Prawn Risotto I ever tasted!!

Location is not that pleasant ... Sea Veiws are Great however the property is located within a busy, run down section close to tourist sights but didn't seem like it would be a pleasurable walk... While we were assured it is safe, being South African we are very wary to venture out walking .There is NO GYM OR SPA etc ON THE PROPERTY, it would mean travelling out of the premises to get there

Private balcony with seating, spacious bedroom and bathroom, private parking, good location not too far drive from seaside restaurants and main tourist attractions. We got the end time of breakfast wrong on the first morning, and the manager came around personally and made arrangements for us.

Not major, but our room wasn't ready when we walked into it a few hours after the allowed check-in time (but the person who showed us our room, sorted it out).

The hotel was well maintained inside and had great facilities in terms of the pool and gym. It is also at a nice and convenient location in town, but not in the noisy parts so we had nice and quiet nights

We initially struggled a little with the lady at reception who seemed very confused. She mentioned that the system was offline and was doing everything manually, so it took a while. Her English was also not that good, which doesn’t make sense for someone who is client facing and at reception. The breakfast was limited, but decent.

The place is beautiful and impeccable. Staff is wonderful, mainly the director, Cintia. She was incredibly helpful throughout the reservation and stay process. I have only the best to say about this place and its wonderful staff

Great Beds, spacious rooms, modern, clean, good airco and friendly staff. Lovely hotel, we were just visiting Maputo on holiday, so location was good to see downtown and main sites. Good to get to shopping center, we walked everywhere, felt really safe.

Dinner at the hotel was a disaster, really sorry we ate there, food took 1,5 hours to arrive, and it was all stone cold. Awful and VERY expensive. Don't have dinner there!! Breakfast buffet was good, just all the "hot" dishes were cold.

- it was QUIET during a very crazy time in maputo - close to the city center - delicious room service menu - area is safe enough to explore - great view from room - no corkage fee :) - bidet😩💙

- room service took too long - staff doesn't really speak English - Hotel tv was satellite and kept buffering - breakfast wasn't amazing

Staff member Séptimo was kind, polite, and very understanding. Breakfast was very good. The facilities are very comfortable.

Staff members exceptional friendly and helpful for everything/ information Rooms very clean and thanks for water bottles daily supply in the rooms .Omlette was very tasty thanks to Cheff

Direction to the hotel through town was terrible .We didn't like Oven fried eggs
