The accomodation is gorgeous, certainly built for a cold Namibian winter. It made us feel as though we were home. The open plan living area, exposed beams, gorgeous furniture and wonderful room made our stay very lovely.

If you are not able to carry your luggage, it may be wise to reconsider this as an option to stay. There is no ramp or porter, luggage will need to be carried up the outside stairs, approximately 12. If you are unfortunate to be staying in a upstairs room, you will need to carry your luggage up an extremely high and narrow spiral staircase. Its worth noting that there are no lunch or dinner options available, the town centre is too far to walk, so delivery is the only option, with only burgers, pizza and then likes available.

Beautiful place. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the deck at sunset and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a great nights sleep… it was so quiet. It did get quite chilly in the morning so a space heater might have been nice but as soon as the sun came up, that was no longer an issue. Wonderful ambience and a great start to our vacation.

I extended my original stay .... Beautiful Guest house. Rooms are very big, bed extremely comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was good. Fridge with several beverages available in the room. Staff kind and helpful. I could even keep the room longer on the day of departure without additional fee.

The guest house is a bit far away from Windhoek center. So more suitable if you have your own car. Not so many restaurant close by.

A beautiful guesthouse, literally on the edge of Windhoek, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The decoration of the rooms and the breakfast/reception hall is outstanding. Each room has its own terrace. Refrigeration with a selection of cold drinks in each room. Very good quality of the beds. No restaurant on the premises, so dinner needs to be ordered for delivery, alternatively restaurant Stellenbosch is only a 5' taxi ride away. Secured and closed parking. Ideally situated on the way to/from the airport.

It's a very nice and cosy place, all the rooms are slightly different, but all have a great and stylish atmosphere. The public areas are also very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back. The beds are very comfy. Probably the best in Windhoek, highly recommended

Great location on the edge of the city with lovely views out to the hills. Really enjoyed a steaming hot coffee next to the fire to warm me up on a cold winter mornings! Very friendly team - including the security guard on the front gate. Thank you - would certainly stay here again in future.

The house is very well located, quiet from Windhoek but very near by. Very nice decoration we feel like at home. The room was very spacious, with an incredible view. The breakfast was nice too. Thank you to the host for their good hosting. It was the perfect place to rest after a long flight.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Nicely surrounded by green and very quiet.

The drawback of being a little outside Windhoek is that If you do not have a car yourself you are depended on taxi to get anywhere like, restaurant, supermarket, etc.

Surrounded most stunning views from every angle. The rooms have everything you could possibly need and have a luxurious African feel. I loved lounging by the pool listening to the surrounding nature and watching the sun set over the mountains from my balcony. It is also very close to lovely restaurants and the town Center. I should’ve stayed here for longer!

It was a very warm welcome. The hosts were great and the hotel itself is at a very beautiful place in a district of Windhouk that is very green and having the Avis Damn infront a fantastic end or starting point for every Safari. Thank you very much for this fantastic stay at your hotel!
