We chose Himalayan Glory Inn after our trek in the mountains, and it was a perfect choice. The hotel is very clean and cozy, located right on the main street in Lakeside. The included breakfast at the 360 Sky Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. The staff were very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. There’s an elevator, which is super convenient when you’re carrying heavy backpacks. We also appreciated the constant hot water, reliable internet, and the electric kettle in the room. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Pokhara!

One thing to note: the soundproofing of the windows is poor. If you're sensitive to noise or go to bed early, the music from nearby restaurants can be quite noticeable. Luckily, it usually stops by late evening, so it didn't ruin our stay — but it's something to keep in mind.

I felt very comfortable at the hotel and even extended my stay by two days. The rooftop restaurant, which is affiliated with the hotel, guarantees delicious food with a wide variety of options. The view from everywhere was very good and had a directly view of the lake. The room was well-maintained, and the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. I changed rooms twice during my stay, and on my last day, I stayed in a room located directly below the restaurant kitchen. While it was a bit noisy at times, it wasn’t unbearably disturbing. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoy watching sunset from the balcony and the room. The hotel is located at lakeside where I go most of the time during my stay in Pokhara. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly and the security guard Santosh is a very nice man and helpful. They helped me pack breakfast when I left for the trek in early morning.

Due to the convenient location, sometimes it could be noisy at night on weekend. Towels could be more clean and water leaks in the bathroom but no one fixed it.

Very spacious, comfortable bed and great shower and bathroom facilities. Great location on Lakeside. We extended our stay 1 night will no issues at all. Really handy having laundry there too, although a bit pricey, the convenience of dropping off and collecting from reception was ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We got a room on level 4, which is just under the rooftop dining so it was noisy with tables and chairs being dragged around at closing time - but wasn’t bad. It is also noisy from all the close bars and their live music. You do hear people, hooning motorcycles until around 3am.

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location one block from the lake. Mango welcome juice was tasty. Room was clean. I requested 4th floor to have a view of the lake and the view was really nice. Larger room than other places I’ve stayed in Kathmandu. Breakfast was super tasty and had a large variety of food items included in every meal. They packed a to-go meal when we had to leave early for the bus. There was a 15% discount for eating lunch or dinner at the restaurant and we had an excellent dinner there. The restaurant is on the 5th floor with lake views and it is decorated nicely. No concerns eating all food menu items considering our stomachs are sensitive to food bugs.

It was noisy, although we still slept soundly. Since the restaurant is on the 5th floor and there is a bank on the 2nd floor, the public has access to the rooms. There is security, and we didn’t have an issue but something to consider.

Great location. Well maintained. Room very clean and comfortable. Hot showers, nice towels. Wifi good. Breakfast choices were good and portion sizes generous. 360 is a nice place for a drink and somewhere to eat at the end of the day, especially if you have been trekking all day. Excellent value for money. Did I mention the staff? Staff are friendly, attentive and deliver an excellent service whether it’s front of house, waiting staff or cleaners and security. All good.

Nothing not to like

Staff were cordial and supportive. We got 15% discount voucher on food and three complementary coffee upon arrival. View of the lake from the roof top restaurant was the best amongst vicinity. Weekend eve live local music was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed it. English breakfast was brilliant considering value for money. Room was spacious though amenities were average.

Room a/c needs to be more powerful to cool whole area of the room. Only the front side 4th floor rooms have lake views. Room facilities are good enough but a bit old requiring maintenance/ replacements.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The sky bar was very nice and the view over the lake and the hills was very pretty. I liked the breakfast and the coffee served during the breakfast was my favourite. Nice, chill music played during the breakfast. The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is placed at the perfect location

The room I was staying at is not soundproof and I could hear every movement from the above placed kitchen, but the earplugs solved the problem

We really liked this hotel and, in particular the staff and the rooftop! The rooms are very nicely decorated with beautiful balconies. The view from the rooftop is amazing: you can see the lake and the himalayas. We drank a cocktail (they have a super cheap happy hour) and enjoyed the sunset. We also had lunch, which was very good! You get a voucher for a free coffee or tea (we had a perfect cappuccino) and 15% discount on the restaurant menu, which is great.

The only issue is that the rooms are not good soundproofed. We had to change our room, but the staff was very kind and helpful and even offered us an upgrade. We stayed in different hotels in Pokhara and the traffic noice is something you will experience in most of the hotels.

Rooms were very good, comfortable and clean. Toilet was clean and hot water was available. We reached in Pokhara just before new year eve so the whole Street was made car free after 11 AM and lots of street food, decoration and cultural groups performing on the fly. This hotel has reception on 2nd floor, hotels upto 4th floor and a terrace restaurant & bar on 5th. Staff were very helpful. Overall very Happy with experience and highly recommended

Reception was closed at night. Reopened at 7 am. We didn't try inside food as we wanted to try street food but prices looked to be on higher side.
