A very Nice Private Balcony and Beautiful lake view, Bed was Big and Comfortable... if you travel alone like me....Televison Service is very good with all the availabe streaming services like(netflix,youtube and amazon etc) so u wont get bore or just look out the window for a great lake view and great sunset view aswell Enough Towels in the Room which is always good . Loved the big room i think this hotel has the biggest room with such good price in whole Pokhara..Staffs were very helpful and friendly A very Good value Room...Excellent bathroom and very very clean.

Bathroom a bit basic but functional.

I would love to stay here again! Our room was amazing, with a private balcony overlooking the river and the animals. Sometimes the rhino even wanders on to the grounds. The manager is very helpful and I cannot thank him enough for making this such a memorable experience. Staying here is perfect for a great tip to Chitwan. The location being so close to the town is perfect.

The breakfast is not amazing, but the service is fantastic and they will cook to order. The breakfast is certainly adequate for the price. The location is so close to town that you can just walk to breakfast. The location of the breakfast area is charming.

At full occupancy or lets say 50% and above there is a well laid out buffet, the last couple of days tho because occupancy was below the halfway mark the breakfast was a la carte which worked really well for me, a big choice of eggs or even an Indian breakfast on offer, The location is superb and right by the lake, sometimes especially the weekends bands at the lake front bars can be heard but tend to quit by about 2300 hrs, lots of restaurant options in the locality, enjoyed my stay here and A SPECIAL CALL OUT FOR (LIZA) who did an amazing job looking after us , she really did well and killed us with KINDNESS

The only concern from a safety point of view was that the steel gate on the lower floor opposite the Bank entrance stayed locked from around 2200-0600 hrs every night, my only concern was people making an escape from their room in the event of a fire. Lots of load shedding in the area but this is no fault of the property, we did get stuck in the lift one day but were promptly taken out of the elevator as the property does have a diesel generator when electricity is lost.

It’s hard to think of a better location in Pokhara. On top that, some of the spacious rooms at this property come with balcony and unhindered panoramic views of the Fewa Lake and mountains. The staff and management are extremely welcoming and caring. Hope to be back soon!

Some rooms still lack a refrigerator.

This place is truly exceptional! The staff, particularly a receptionist whose name I didn't catch, went above and beyond for us. When we ran out of cash and our card stopped working, she even personally accompanied us to the ATM. Every aspect, from the location to the service and the room, exceeded our expectations. It's truly top-notch in every way.

I recommend lake view rooms. Street facing rooms could be very noisy. My room had balcony with uninterrupted view of the lake, smart telly in the rooms .Hotel needs a good renovation. I had very comfortable stay. When I first arrived I had no fridge in the room but it’s been immediately replaced. Staff is helpful. Location is perfect. Breakfast is adequate. In room dining is very reasonable.

Power cuts.

the views of the lakes were brilliant. It was the easiest hotel room to toddler proof out of the 5 7 we stayed in while out in Nepal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was still under final bits of construction and while those bits were not visible there was some noise from this on occasions. They were also getting used to new processes and could have benefitted from a breakfast menu, although verbally they were happy to prepare whatever you wanted.

The location of the hotel is one of the best things about it. It’s situated amongst shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, with close proximity to Phewa Lake (which offers an awesome view from the hotel) and only a roughly 20 minute drive from the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice.

Great location in the center of Lakeside. My room had a balcony & lake view which was wonderful. The bed comfy and everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful & breakfast was included. Would recommend.
