Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. I felt very comfortable.

The dining area is open and cold. Everyone was having breakfast in their winter jacket (January). A nice buffet breakfast was served when the hotel had high occupancy. When it dropped, à la carte menu was served (without warning), so had to choose meal and wait which was disappointing after having had beautiful breakfast buffet the days before. I also ordered room service for diner which took over an hour to arrive, without communicating about it or apparent reason. Wifi connection was slow and very unstable. Solution was found by very helpful staff after a couple of days. It would have been nice to offer free airport shuttle.

This hotel is such a good value for money! The staff is professional, helpful, respectful, and nice. The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The main hall and dining area are exceptionally beautiful for a boutique hotel. Our room offered a nice view of the mountains, and we could also get a glimpse of the lake. We would book this hotel again!

The hotel could ensure daily or at least every other day cleaning of the rooms - the trash piles up in the bins, and the bathrooms could use a refill of toiletries & toilet paper and some cleaning after a few days. Probably, the staff would arrange the cleaning if asked, but it'd be more professional if this is done automatically. The noise cancelling from the windows' / street side is not perfect, but it didn't take away a good night's sleep.

The best value hotel we stayed in in Nepal. Clean, comfortable, excellent staff. Our room on the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the classical music playing in the public areas, giving a classy relaxed contrast to the busy noisy dirty city. Very walkable, just off the main lakeside streets. When we arrived, the staff was having a staff meeting, a bit of a rare site in hotels in this part of the world. AC was good and quiet. Breakfast was good, pretty typical for a nice hotel in Nepal.

A pool would be nice

The hotel is really nice, modern and luxury. There is a lift, which you will appreciate, when you have heavy baggage. Room was the same as on the picture. There is big and comfortable bed in the room and big TV, where you can watch YouTube. There is not a hair dryer in the bathroom. The Staff was great, polite and helpful. We had excellent food there, dinner and also breakfast tasted very good. If we sometimes visit Pokhara again, we will certainly visit this hotel. Thank you and Namaste.

Bishal the owner and Bisht at the front desk were super helpful from the time we landed into Pokhara. They helped arrange for a pickup for us from the airport to the property. Bishal is super chill and a great host and a great conversationalist and helped guide us with activities. The staff helped with bookings as well and we're a great help. The property is new and located 5 mins away by walk to all the fun party places or happening restaurants and shopping. Easy to get a vehicle on rent nearby as well. Overall a great stay would definitely recommend anyone visiting Pokhara to stay here. Great value for money as well

The location of the hotel is close to the lakeside where all the things happen. The staff were extremely kind and catered to all our requests with care. The rooms were well maintained and clean with all the facilities. Our room oversaw the mountains and the lake, which was amazing. The breakfast provided is really good and they have a coffee shop as well.

The Wi-Fi in the room could've been better but other than that, no complaints.

The overall design & interior decor of the hotel was exceptional compared to others in Pokhara. The neo-classical design was refreshing, with a nice warm ambience. Hotel was very clean, well lit and with spacious rooms. The young team of staff and the hotel owner were very friendly, helpful and all could speak English. My feedback to provide shower caps in rooms was attended to immediately ! Good location - very near the main shopping area. Excellent b'fast, especially the in-house baked bread. The thali set was yummy - better than that of a well-known restaurant in town that I tried a day earlier.

Wasn't sure how to get the internet TV going, as there was no info on which channels to press. However, in such a beautiful town, watching TV was the least of my concern.

Two words that summarize our experience at Hotel Fewa Trip - are comforting and delightful. The ambiance and interiors of the hotel is awe-inspiring ofcourse, but what stood out for us was - first of all, the food. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and generous - we were full for a couple of hours after having the hotel breakfast. We also ordered a few items from their menu for our brunch later. Everything we ordered was SO GOOD and the portions were amazing too. If you eat the food from Fewa Trip's kitchen you might not want to eat outside at all. Talking about the rooms --- our room was compact but comfortable. You might feel that the rooms are a bit smaller than what it looks like in the picture - but this definitely doesn't affect your experience. The bathroom is really well built - we loved the separation between the shower area and the toilet area. Also, there is a lot of space near the wash basin to put your skincare items or toiletries which adds to the convenience. You will find a cute doko dustbin in the room which is the cutest thing ever. There are light switches near your bed for ease, and we have 24/7 hot and cold water at both the shower and wash basin. The hotel staff and owner were very kind and sweet too. They made us feel very very welcome. Will definitely visit Hotel Fewa Trip for our next trip to Pokhara. The warm hospitality, comfortable spaces, and good food at the hotel made our stay at the hotel a very pleasant one.

Very good location, nice relatively new building, helpful staff, underground parking for our vehicle, decent breakfast, quite clean, certainly quiet most of the time.

Open design in centre of building reverberates any noise. Two thoughtless early morning departees disturbed everyone. Unable to clean rooms one day due to staff shortage. Coffee at the cafe could be improved

The hotel was in the heart of the city, very close to the lake area. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The breakfast was sumptuous and filling. The room with the balcony overlooked the Peace Pagoda and was a peaceful sight.

Tea and coffee amenities were not replenished even after three requests. Hand towels in the shower would have been useful. A greater variety of breakfast choice would have made a big difference.
