This is a well-maintained property in a good location. Rooms cleaned regularly and thoroughly. It's on a main street close to all the action. Short walk to the shopping/restaurant street, supermarkets and bakeries nearby. We stayed during a street festival, so were close to all action but still not disturbed by it. Our room facing the street had a triple-glazed window so the noise was not a problem. Friendly and helpful staff who called us get reasonable-priced taxis (we mostly used the inDrive app, but it's not convenient for multi-stop trips and rides before sunrise) when needed and gave good advice on sights. Excellent breakfast (best we had during three weeks in Nepal) included in room price: we ordered from a list which included eggs any style, really good pancakes, toast and all the needed extras. Our food was always freshly made and arrived within minutes.

Hot water was unreliable and usually required a long wait. Sometimes it was just warm. We reported this to the reception, but could not get it working. We were three people staying in a "suite" (two hotel rooms with a wall between them taken down). The beds were relocated from where they had been in the two separate rooms, but paneling, sockets and switches were not relocated and not easily accessible. Some simple reconstruction is required to finish joining the rooms to make it work, instead masking tape is used very creatively (not a sustainable solution). Also, every day we were brought only two towels for three people - although the room had three beds. We got extra towels quickly after contacting the reception, but for some reason the information never made it to housekeeping.

-It was a great experience. Good staff, very helpful and polite. -The room was great and clean, nice décor, pleasant experience -Location is good, about 5 min walk from the main tourist strip of Lake Side road. -Some great places to eat very local to the hotel, ask reception for details. I like the japanese place a 30s walk from the hotel they recommended also.

-The wifi could have been faster but was adequate for work and video calls. I think it is typical though of the area. -They did not automatically make up the room everyday, but would on request. -There was some construction work going on at the time I stayed, but this I assume is temporary.

Bhibas at the reception was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. My friend and I were absolutely pleased with his work. The hotel, it's amenities and the room were all beyond expectations but Bhibas's was the one who truly made our stay comfortable. He made sure our breakfast was served on time (with all dietary requests from the previous night), suggested us great and affordable places to visited and moreover, it was just nice seeing a friendly face at the reception every time we walked by. In conclusion, the room matched the pictures perfectly, the room was super cosy and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally welcoming.

There is a dog (Simba) on the property. I love dogs, however, my friend wasn't a fan of Simba. But it honestly wasn't a big deal, Simba was fun to be around and is well trained.

Excellent service, clean room, comfortable beds, and great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Phewa Lake. Mr. Anod, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our shuttle bus pick us up from the hotel to Sarangkot even though we didn't book through him. He woke up at 5am and stayed with us until our shuttle came at 5.55am. He even helped arrange a private taxi to take us to a few key attractions and made a point to send us off when we checked out. Very friendly and helpful gentlemen at the front desk during our stay and a super cute dog who we were always happy to see hanging out in the lobby. Cute place, nice and quiet rooms, good location to walk to everything.

Allow PLENTY of time for breakfast. We waited almost an hour for tea and cereal and fruit...had to throw our fruit in a ziplock bag to take with us since we were being picked up to be taken to the airport and only had 2 minutes to eat. I am assuming they were just understaffed...but just be aware...

we were 2 families and i was only able to book a family room and a triple room, but the owner was so nice to upgrade us for a little bit more. Everyone was so nice and helpful, we really liked our stay a lot. location was perfect too, there is a little restaurant across the street (has a coca cola sign ) which has the best momos we had in all Nepal, one of the girls recommended it to us as we wanted to eat somewhere local. It was also very close to the shop we went to with our guide where we rented sleeping bags and bought last minute items for our 4 day hike. They kept our luggage safe during our hike and they kept the same room for us on the last night after the hike. Breakfast was also good and a lot. totally recommend to stay there, everything was perfect

It felt homely, very safe for a lone traveller, and amazing staff. Bibas on the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and was just a lovely young man. Zit was helpful and went about his duties unobtrusively and with expediency! I will definitely stay again next year. The coffee is amazing! I met the owner of the hotel several times. He was really super.

Amazing staff, location and customer service. Very friendly & supportive staff. Excellent breakfast. Located at a great location and is peaceful. Receptionist Bhai and waitress Shristi both were always cheerful, and professionally effective. Thank you so much for everything, we enjoyed our stay in Pokhara and special thanks to the Three Jewels Hotel family. I strongly recommend it to families and couples. This hotel has a lot to offer.

The fresh towels were a bit smelly on the first day.

We loved our stay at Three Jewels Boutique Hotel. We appreciated all the little details including artwork, quotes, etc. All staff were attentive to all our needs and assisted in so many ways to make our time in Pokhara even more enjoyable. The final night where we were picked up from the airport after our flight was canceled very late, given an upgraded room, etc was above and beyond our expectations

We stayed 2 nights: before and after our trek around Annapurna area. They kept our luggage during these days and in both occasions, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We also did some laundry and was a perfect service.

Basically nothing. Breakfast could have more options but it was delicious what we ordered.
