✅ Exceptional location, in the center of Pokhara and a few minutes from Phewa Lake. ✅ Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of room for one person. ✅ Owner and staff always attentive to the comfort and needs of the guests. They solved my doubts, helped me in all my requests and much more. Something that is even more appreciated when you travel alone and do not know anyone or anything. In fact, thanks to all this I extended my stay from one to two nights.

❌ Although I was on the first floor and climbing stairs is not a problem for me, there is no lift to access the rooms for people with reduced mobility or handicapped.

The manager was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I asked about booking a guide for a trek I wanted to do and he helped organize one and made sure everything went well. He also allowed me to check in early and moved my room due to my concern about construction (this is everywhere right now) but the room he gave me was peaceful and perfect! The location is also great! A short walk to the main road and great restaurants close by!

Everything was great! Like anyplace in Nepal, most hotels, don’t have elevators. This was okay for me, but heads up:)

A charming peaceful hotel in perfect serene location, only few min of walking to Main Street on the Lakeside. Very convenient. Perfect location, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Super comfortable mattress and pillow. Bathroom had a great shower. Owner of the hotel is a very welcoming person and will help you with anything you need. Always greets you with a smile and surely cares a lot about his guests which is very important! Originally only had to stay for one night but prolonged my stay as I really liked it there. Very recommended! Thank you for all.

The North Face Inn is my favourite place to stay in Pokhara. I love absolutely everything about it: the location that is not far from the lake but in a quiet alley; nice rooms and comfortable sitting areas; exceptional cleanliness; a lovely garden; welcoming staff. Sorry, if it sounds like a promotion but my review is real, I am just a guest who stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times. When I stayed there for the first time 13 years ago, it was only a 2-storey building, now it has 5 storeys. The owner does renovations every year, so the place is maintained well. You won't find any dusty nooks. Provided the low price, it is a real value for money. Earlier, the owners managed the place themselves, and staying with them was like being a part of a family, now they moved but they have got a nice administrator who seems on his duty 24 hours, always smiles, and is ready to help.

The staff they were very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and bright. Close to Lakeside and the shopping areas and reasonably priced. Beautiful view from the balcony of the Peace Temple and the Annapurna mountains. Wonderful stay Their motto is: Arrive as a guest leave as a friend.

What's not to like. .except maybe the dogs 🐕 🤔 barking at night. But. Hey, ho a small price to pay for the exceptional quality of service and friendliness of the staff

Literally the best hotel I stayed in Nepal!!! Lovely and quiet (only noise was as I was on top floor,the outside set of stairs clang any time anyone walks on them-this is unavoidable though) clean room,great location-very nice airy property and open. The owner is the most lovely genuine man,I can’t emphasise enough how fantastic and helpful he was!! And he gave me two of his guavas 😊🙏🏻 also-owner when we were talking outside the rooms,lowered his voice bc people were sleeping-in all my time here I’ve never ever seen Nepalese people acknowledge people are sleeping etc so be quieter-he is the first,and I was impressed and appreciated it ❤️

The value for money was great. Room with AC and private bathroom for a very good price. Very close to the center of Pokhara. The staff lent us umbrellas on rainy days. The best hotel in our trip in Nepal.

On the last day, we were going to catch a bus and we booked a taxi through the Indrive app, which you know the price beforehand. The owner said that the taxi was already there, one that he provided and when I told him we already had a taxi he invited us to go with his friend, we were in a rush so we accepted. When we arrived at the bus station the driver wanted us to pay triple for a normal trip. Unfortunately, that seems to happen often in Nepal so do not let anyone book anything for you without agreeing to a fixed price first. That experience left us with a bitter taste.

Very welcoming place to stay. Spacious rooms, AC and fan. Very clean and comfortable. Damu (the manager) is a warm hearted person who gave his best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He arranged fabulous massage and a great seat at the bus for me so I didn’t have to worry about anything. The communication was easy and the prices always very fair. Highly recommended!
