Honestly, this hotel is value for money. The staff are very friendly; the hotel is very central to Lake Side road, where everything is located, about a 10 min walk. I won't say the WiFi is great, but that is not due to the hotel, during my stay, there were some power cuts, and due to that, the WiFi was lost several times due to the hotel switching to the Generator. In terms of the room, it was spacious, and clean and looked like the pictures shown on Booking.com. The view from the balcony is of the city even if it says Mountain view, but that's because it is central and in the middle of Pokrah. You can see the mountain but you can also see the buildings, it is not an unadulterated view but I didn't mind that all because I didn't go to Pokrah to sit in my balcony and look at the mountains. I give this hotel 5/5 - on safety, hospitality, comfort.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a stunning Mountain View from the balcony. Being close to the lakeside made it even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the delicious breakfast added to the experience. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout. I highly recommend it for a fantastic getaway.

Short walk to Lakeside, tasty buffet breakfast, staff friendly.

Bathroom a bit shabby, no view from balcony, staff unable to help with bus tickets and not always very responsive to requests.

Only needed a place for 1 night and didn't want to spend much. Great choice as very comfortable room, great bed, bathroom a bit basic but average for Pokhara. Very good breakfast with wonderful attentive staff ! Nice, quite location and close enough to main lakeside drag, ca 10 min walk. Can definitely recommend!

absolutely a great experience to be here in this Hotel. The staffs are co-operative, helpful and well be heaved. The Kitchen staffs are wonderful and sumptuous breakfast gives a little more brownie to this property.

Very good location. Pokhara lakside, restaurants, shops are easy to reach on foot, but our room was quiet yet. Service is polite, helpful, professional. We had to leave early and they made us a take-away breakfast.

First of all the location was really good and the staff were friendly. The room was very nice and breakfast was even better than my expectation. Overall it was a great experience and worth it.

Sometimes the electronic door lock would keep on beeping. So, it would be great if you could fix it. Other than that everything was good.
