The hotel is literally across Almere Centrum (which is a straight thirty mins train from the airport). There are many amenities close by - shopping, pharmacy, grocery store all within walking distance . I didn’t realise the hotel has a pool until I arrived. The hotel staff was really nice, breakfast options were really good too. They made fresh pancakes for my little boy every morning and dotted over him. The hotel is really clean. We got upgraded to a suite when we checked in which included a hob, microwave and a fridge. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

The staff at the front were nice, but the evening staff once we arrived went way and beyond!!! The rooms are equipped with AC, but for whatever reason, our room was NOT cooling off. We went to see if they had a fan we could use and I kid you not, they went searching for a desk fan for us, cleaned it up and allowed us to use it for the remainder of our stay! This was at 1:30 am!!!! 😮 we will be booking again.

We booked a room with a double bed which were two twin beds pushed together. They are not secured to one another, so in the middle of the night the beds would separate and our little one would get stuck in the crack. Also, the mattress topper kept sliding off one bed. It was a hassle to keep putting it back on and sliding the beds back together. I’d highly suggest them to secure the two beds together. Also, for this to be a relatively newly renovated complex, the main doors in the facility (car garage, entering/exiting elevators) are not automatic, nor propped opened and it is was extremely difficult to open the doors when you have your hands full and carrying a little one, as well as pushing luggage.

Once I arrived to the hotel, I could check in and it took around 5 minutes. They gave me my card with room number and advise how to connect to wi-fi. All the time, there was someone at the reception who helped me with any question I had. My room was big and with lot of space for king-size bed, table with 2 chairs, wardrobe with hangers and shelfs. It was full of day light thanks to big windows. Bathroom had big shower, toilet, sink, shelf for cosmetics and big mirror. Small fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle and towels were part of the accommodation. Also, I had water, coffee and tee available in the room. On the top, I've got thank you card and chocolate from room service.

The hotel is ideally located in front of the train station and just behind the city center, which is bustling with shops and restaurants. Checking in and out was comfortable, easy, and smooth, and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was both comfortable and clean.

I didn’t dislike the property; my disappointment stemmed from the fact that I expected to stay in the bedroom shown in the pictures. I booked the hotel primarily because of that image, so I was surprised to find that the actual room was much smaller than it appeared in the photo. This was my only concern.

It was very clean, I loved my room and the location of the hotel is sooooo convenient! Service was lovely and so we're staff.

On the day of check out, the receptionist asked me to pay for a breakfast I never had. They never forced me to pay in the end but the hotel should have a better checking system so random people can't use your room number to record breakfast under. Maybe they should record names down or something because I was not going to pay for something I never had. Clearly someone must have used my room number to get breakfast.

It's awesome, the location at the city center offers you so many possibilities, you are "halfway" from Amsterdam (16 minutes train) and from Utrecht (25 min train I think but double check). Almere city center is a huge open door shopping center with several different stores and restaurants, there is a dike around the city witch is pretty cool and it's close to a Outlet in Lelystad - the Batavia Shopping mall.

The only issue that cannot be addressed is that the access by car via public roads is difficult, not that is not accessible, it's just difficult. Maybe via garage is easier and in this case please double check before arrival.

Location, location, location. The property is hardly 50 meters from Almere Train Station which has direct trains to Amsterdam Central every half an hour. There are many restaurants at a walking distance. The rooms are big enough to accommodate a couple with two large suitcases. There is a personal touch also. Irrespective of the fact that you have requested the room to be cleaned or not, everyday the staff will leave a bottle of water, a small chocolate and a card which has next day’s weather information. It feels so nice. Property is neat and clean and staff is very helpful. Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive. It’s a good choice if you’re willing to spare 20-25 minutes for travelling by train.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Meere was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, she truly went above and beyond for us. The room was very comfortable, bright, and well-appointed. The atmosphere of the place was welcoming and the amenities were top-notch. One of the best features is its location; it's a 1-minute walk to a metro station, main street and to the supermarket. We would definitely return to this place without hesitation. A big thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Very clean,modern stuff Housekeeper is nice and friendly Theres a kitchen and utensils,theres a chairs and tables which i really like.i dont need to go down to eat at pay our breakfast because theres a kitchen place where you could cook for foods. For the whole 3 nights my kids and i really enjoyed our stay and we slept very well because the bed ,blankets and pillows where so comfortable . And what i liked is theres a Filipina worker there who was very helpful explaining to me about the parking place 🙈. Best regards to your receptionist from the Philippines (i forgot her name ) . The smell of the hallway to the rooms .It smells unpleasant! It smells like everyone is cooking🤣.But anyway it’s not a problem to me .Because in our room i had brought an air freshener and i still left it there for the next guests 🤗.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and polite. Cute housekeeper she brought me water and chocolates. Great staff, amazing price and they have nice selection of tea and coffee downstairs as well as there's restaurant next door. Very close to station and seaside. Loved it.

Dodgy people going in and out and jogging around corridors. Probably scum drinking and doing what they think it's real drugs 😂
