Everything about my stay was up to expectations. I stayed once before, a few years ago, and had no complaints. Following this most recent stay, my opinions remain unchanged. The staff were lovely, the facilities were excellent, and accessibility to public transport into the city centre was amazing.

The only 'complaint' I have is with the air conditioning. My room was exposed to the sun for most of the day, so it tended to warm up. Even with the air conditioning set to its highest setting, it did not seem to cool the room much. This meant opening the windows during the evening and night; this is typically not a problem, but with a room facing the main motorway, there was a lot of traffic noise in the evenings and very early mornings. This did not cause too much trouble as we stayed in March, but I wonder how it would differ in the summer when the temperatures are higher. Despite this, I would be delighted to stay here again.

Bartender was very friendly and stayed open for us after the basketball game next door. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable., and the mini bar had everything needed after a long drive. The front desk was very friendly and efficient, both at check in and checkout. Best place to stay for attending events at the Martini Plaza.

Parking, and signage for entrance to hotel were not ideal, but just a minor hurdle.

The staff were exceptional- especially the two ladies who were working in the reception area on Saturday night; they were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location is great- easily accessible and a very pleasant 20-25 minute walk to the centre. Everything was fantastic.

staff is friendly. They change the room for us due to our request. (see below). The bed is comfortable and easy biking distance to the city! We had a good trip!

At the beginning the room we got, there are many bloody mosquito kept coming even we closed the window and killed some. Which we guess they come form the ventilation. And there are many blood and dead mosquito everywhere on the wall. So Highly suggest to clean that room 206 up. And we are happy the staff help us the change the room without too much trouble. And there is only one new set of towel in the room on the next day.

A bit long (30 minutes) to walk to city centre, and the closest 10-15 minutes walking distance to the hotel is very ugly and without much useful things like restaurants nor shops. A bit tricky to find the parking entrance, and the driving instruction sent by the hotel is 100% impossible to use; it is maybe perfectly correct described, but not written so a foreigner can use it to anything.

There weren’t enough staff. For example, when we asked for an ironing machine, they told us to come and collect it ourselves because they didn’t have enough staff available.

Usual standard that can be expected from a Mercure hotel: spacious, modern, quiet room; professional, experienced staff and a very good variety and quality for breakfast. Free and sufficient parking facilities.

Location is a bit further from the city center, BUT there is free and sufficient parking and easy access to the motorway (if no road works).

The breakfast that was included with the level I chose, was very good. The room was a basic accommodation for one person. Reasonably comfortable and clean.

The restaurant within the hotel had a small selection for dinner and there wasn't very much in the area within walking distance to eat. The hotel really needs some updating.

Pleasant modern hotel (Mercure style of course), clean and tidy, good location along the highway, walking distance to the city centre (30 minutes). Secure but paid carpark at the hotel.

Reasonable room rates, not really cheap, but not excessive either.

We have been staying in Mercure for many many years. The feeling the rooms (that were cleaned spotless) become smaller, had to move chairs around; one big blanket uncomfortable less and less facilities. Breakfast was absolutely great and staff was very helpful and professional
