The staff member who helped us to check in was superb. He asked us about dinner and our plans for the evening and kindly offered to serve us dinner much earlier than we booked. He was then courteous and checked in when handing us menus to ensure we had enough time for us plans later in the evening. It was also very lovely to have some complementary drinks on arrival

Slight smell in the room coming from the drains, by the shower but I think this is normal and cannot be helped by the hotel. This really isn't a big issue and I'm stretching for comments to mention this.

The rooms at this hotel are utterly fantastic! Each room has its own theme. We stayed in the King's Room (which was the best one) as well as the Country Room. If you are in the area, you've got to check this place out. The rooms will not disappoint.

The checking process was sort of problematic. We ended up calling the number in order to have someone come to the property to check us in. I recommend you do this in advance so that the owner will know when to expect you.

sumptuous decorated rooms befit a boutique hotel, great for a romantic weekend away. Lovely breakfast. Location on high street, bar / restaurant directly opposite. very friendly / helpful staff.

View from window (music room), overlooking a pitched roof and that’s literally all you see. also makes room quite dark. No dedicated parking so have to park in high street (2 hour parking restriction during day time) or use public car park.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice vibe in the hotel. The room is very spacious, matched the Art Deco theme, with good beds/pillows and open bathroom. Airco worked fine and helped a lot. No breakfast bar but served at the table, with enough choice and fresh orange juice etc.

Our room the wc didnt provide that much privacy as some may would like. But further actually nothing.

It was situated in the high street, but a lovely little town, very quiet. Room was fab and the breakfast was lovely, served to us by a very friendly chef

Everything was amazing ! Only suggestion I have would be the mattresses kept slipping away from each other , maybe holding them together with a fitted sheet would be great otherwise everything was amazing from check in to check out we loved your hotel and we’ll be back!

Great place for getaway and relax! The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly and bubble bath was what I needed! The interior design is very unique and definitely worthy to stay there.

Mattresses could be more confortable

Extensive breakfast. All sorts of fresh bread. Fresh Orange juice, fruits etc. on arrival there was a whiskey and Cognac in the room on offer. Late incheck was possible.
