I already spend a lot of weekends and some days in the the week in this hotel hotel since 2020 it’s a very good place to stay but in the last year the personnel change and I recommend that they need to give a little more atention to the guests ( with a exception of Sir Clifton he always is a 5 stars employee )

It was a spacious room, nice bathroom. Comfy beds. Sea view. Basic breakfast. Easy to access with tram.

I think if it would be very warm then I'm not sure if the fan would be helpful. There is no air-conditioning. I was alone and had to sleep with two one persons blankets on a queen bed. When I booked a second time I requested the reception to replace it with a queen size but they didn't so I asked again and they forgot and had to ask again. The gentleman immediately resolved the issue. Thank you for that but not all colleagues are as secure and hospitable as he was.

Walking distant to the beach and to the public transport. The staff was helpful and nice. We get some tips about parking situation (don't park your car around the hotel because its like 50€/day, instead chose one of the parking in walking distant to hotel - the receptionist will help you). The room was nice , with a cosy balcony. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a little open wardrobe, a little shelf, a desk, and a safe. The bathroom was spacious and has a good shower.

We needed to wait like half an hour at the reception because there was nobody there, and the phone number which was provided there didn't answer (Which later turned out there was misspelled on the board). The carpets in the hallways looked old. They had some cool quotes on them, but it looked like they needed an upgrade

The location 2 mins away from the beach and a few minutes walk to either an old shopping part of the Hague (restaurants etc) and a few minutes the other way to the pier and the touristic attractions. Nice room, spacious for 3 people (a couple and a friend).

Breakfast had no vegan options. No bikes to borrow from the hotel, but in a walkable distance from the property so all good.

Everything is super clean and tidy. Bed comfortable, balcony is purely awesome. Reception team very kind and helpful.

One of the lights next to the bed is not working properly, and there is no wifi signal on the balcony of room 56, but everything else was perfect. There is no mini fridge, but you can get an ice bucket.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and not too far from the city center (if you use bicycles or public transportation)! We felt great, and the place exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the area was quiet, and the rooms were very spacious. In short, I highly recommend this place!

This had been a great stay. The staff and service are awesome and the hotel is located close to the beach. Even so the interior might not be the newest, everything had been well maintained and clean. For the asked price more then good enough. Overall I'd recommend it and definitely book again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Lack of parking - as Canadians, we found the cost to park anywhere in the city was shocking, and the hotel had no dedicated parking due to construction at the time. We found a parkade about 1km away and it still cost €28.50 for about 15hrs.

Great location, great value and absolutely amazing staff. Helpful with absolutely everything. Would be unbeatable if had enough parking space, but worked out fine cause i reserved parking near to the pier. .thanks to all staff but especially the person on duty at our arrival , sorry sorry sorry forgot your name , and Margo.

In case you have problems with stairs , let them know while booking. .

Friendly people, they take the time for you Breakfast is good and more than enough for a good price. I slept very well. I had a single room, it had everything what you needed. Very good to stay for several days. Greetings Ingrid and family
