Room was large. Air condition and heater were there. TV is large and works well. Not so noisy even though I could hear some noises from the corridor. The location is great, it is easy to reach from the Leiden Centraal either by bus (if you have large luggage) or on foot. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the Jumbo supermarket, so it's so convenience!

Unfortunately, there were stains on the bed in my room (under the sheets). The bed was too soft such that my body is not flat when I am laying down. The shower wall can be fixed such that it won't make any noise like it will break whenever I open it. The secured wifi didn't work, so had to use the unsecured one, it's a bit slow as well but okay.

The staff were always polite and smiley. They cooked fantastic omelets each morning. It was a very good breakfast (similar each day, but very good). The room was OK: comfy bed, a place for work, a coffee machine, and capsules inside. GOOD WORKING heating system. Perfect soundproofing. It was pretty clean, except for a few moments in the bathroom (8 of 10 points for cleanness). Free secured parking.

There is low lighting in the room. Maybe it looks romantic, but some people need more light.

our room was spacious, clean, pleasant lighting. Since our stay took place in December, the room was heated very well. There was a coffee machine with coffee in the room. A small fridge, a large table where you can eat. The bed is comfortable. Good selection of TV programs, large TV. Wifi signal excellent. Every day room service.Free parking front of Hotel was great benefit.

We don't need anything except bed, bath and coffee in the morning. And friendly stuff, what we all got. Location was perfect for us, prety close to daughter's apartment. Bonus-we can watch SLO TV :)

Nothing to complain.

Friendly, courteous staff, service above and beyond expectations. Food is very good, availability of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner very nice for travelers, excellent tap water. Hotel location is great--near stores that carry necessities, easy access to public transportation. Very good value for room rates.

Bathroom design is a bit difficult to negotiate (getting in and out of the shower, sink placement and depth of sink--> getting water from the tap must be in a very small container, hard to hand-wash clothing, there could be more shelf space for toiletry items, though space is used efficiently.

I loved the room on the hotel's quiet side, the unlimited access to the coffee machine and teas, and free fruits. Two hotel staff members, Frisline and Erika, were personable and helpful. I had a bike with me, and appreciated the hotel providing an indoor space to store it overnight.

I prefer breakfast being included in the cost of the room. Mine wasn't.

The airco in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off. The airco system in the room was very noisy, but at least could be switched off.

They tried to charge my card wwith275 EUR 3 weeks after the stay, be careful when sharing you CC details. I messaged them about it and no prely was provided.

Great service from all staff but a particular shout out to Jade who was both professional and engaging. Nothing appeared to phase her and she was doing reception and bar duties all at the same time. Give Jade a raise please.

The far end of the room around the desk area was very dark. It did make attempting to use the supplied coffee machine ultra difficult.

First let me say that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs to order along with bacon and other cold meats and cheeses. A choice of yogurt, cereal and juice and fresh fruit. Our room was a bit small but manageable. The bathroom could have been a little bigger. The only downside was the size of the sink. It was was so shallow that you had to stick your head under the shelf above it to wash your face or brush your teeth. I still splashed water on the floor.

They could provide better coffee service in the room. Powdered creamer ugh!
